In one of his inerviews on youtube, Paul said that it is not "the government's" job to keep us safe and he named the security personnel at the malls as an example of a private initiative. That is insane. He also said we did not need the FBI, CIA, flight marshalls etc. All of this plus the support from overseas makes me wonder just who would endorse such feudal thinking. Let's compare campaign work ethics. Ron Paul has been campaigning since March, he's been in every debate, gives interviews almost every day sometimes multiple a day, has given speeches and held rallies all over the country, and still makes it back to Congress to vote on bills and introduce legislation. Fred stopped acting months ago and is pretty much doing nothing right now. He just needs a little more time to think about running. I guess decisions don't come very easy for Mr. Thompson.
