@mower05 1: Uhh Ebay or some torrent. 2: No unless you get a torrent but the game is only like $15-$20 3: Yes if you freeze the timer (with cheats that can be found on IGN or something) 4: No that is a mod, not even in the game

The map and the General Lee and cop car are downloadable mods. The physics "how the cars act in game" were modified by me and that is not available to the public.
