That's one of the reasons why they are fat and I'm maintained my body weight around 150 lb. Its common sense how bad fast food is..you of all people should know that. I eat everything organic now and it feels good. I did a compare/contrast paper on organic/conventional foods for a college essay...trust me I've done my research.

I suggest you compare the standard of health and lifespan of people right now to those just 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 years ago and see if you see a pattern. Clue - we in aggregate live longer and more healthy lives. Vaccines have wiped out debilitating diseases. Improved hygiene has prevented the spread of water borne diseases. Medicine has offered greater chances of recovery.
