"Oh how horrible life is for the working class" is not really an interesting statement to be the sum of all this piece is about.
The background music is annoying and the voice over is nausiating. Learn some history and try to produce a balanced video as towards the end of the Victorian era things for the average person were considerably improved over the Regency and Georgian period for example.
Your video is one sided. It only points out the negative side of the Victorian era while at the same time makes no reference to the negative aspects of today's society. In some ways we are better off today in most ways we are not. Modernism has failed us and is creating more problems than it is solving.
