Whats the quality like in the webcam? My grandparents told me they got me one for christmas, and I'm curious if I'm gunna like it before its too late

the cam is not to good and it comes with windows 7 starter wich it sucks or it could come with windows xp .. but my girl upgrade the starter eddition to profesional. . when u get it let me know ill give u a key for windows 7 profecional ok .
