  • what kind of dance is this? LOL no sense of rhythm at all

  • the guy on the far side is such a douche!!!!!!!!

  • I was just about to say that

  • yes, best experience of my life

  • they look like english holidaymakers

    think happy

  • esto ke coño es??? ke forma de reiros de españa y andalucia, mamarrachas ke sois un atajo de mamarrachas, payasas

  • Well... I'm going to put my two cents in. I am a direct decendant from Spain, and this is my herritage. I am conflicted by this dance simply because it's NOT flamenco. It's a "cute" attempt, however, it shouldn't be under anything that is flamenco related. There are no "Flamenco" steps whatso ever in this bit. And the gypsy kings did not do this song. This clip to me is just a bit goofy all together, and children who are not cultured are imitating a very special (in my heart) culture.

  • If you want to put in your two cents, you should first make sure that you know what you're talking about, and all of your information is correct. Now, as an International traveler, linguist, historian, and cultural expert, I will set this record straight with facts, and leave no room for argument. Why? Because the truth of everything deserves to be printed, for all to see. Now, if you don't mind, I'll go about my explanation...

  • This song (Alabina) was written and produced by the group Alabina for their first CD, and became a hit single. The leader of the group Istar, although Israeli by birth, sings in nearly 6 different languages, and is an extremely talented and intelligent woman. Her background group "Los Ninos de Sara" are of direct Spanish and Gypsy (Roma) decent, however they live in France due to the immigration of their parents.

  • Lets all celebrate the different cultures around the world. I will never think this is insult to spanish culture whatsoever, what it has done actually is to introduce us to spanish culture people like us from Africa. I have arabic blood in me and i am proud of where i come from(East Africa) and single culture in this world. Thank you LORD for making us all different so that we can learn from each other and celebrate this beautiful Earth. STOP STUPID FIGHTING. :-)

  • thank you Zubeir, i apprecte iate that you are sticking up for our efforts to indulge in a culture foreign to us. I mean c'mon we were in high school and did this during a Day of the Spanish language as just a cultural activity. PLus this is all impromtu... and just for fun! :)

  • you did a fantastic job. I love it. Lets concentrate on the positive energy rather than negativity. Intergration is the new world order :-) oh well at elast for me and you hehe xx Well done xx

  • Give credit to the kids for trying. The Spanish/Flalmeco (Arabic influence) music is the folkloric and integral part of Spain and roots of latinamarica.

  • well I think that this seems an insult to Spanish people and dancing but it´s so funny because they seem a bit stupid. And this song isn´t very tipical Spanish, is a "fusión oriental" arabic and spanish at the same time. I hope the dance of that song that I´m doing in the bellydance clases will be better than this.

In Spain people is inteligent like in Britain, EEUU and in the rest of the world.

  • y'all have got to chill out. this was for extra credit hahaha its not like we practiced. No its not flamenco, its not actually a dance but who cares laugh at it.

  • it's drunk people's dance..nthg like it shud b, unfortunately. crap!!!

hope u come n enjoy it and learn how to respect things.!

    :)

  • For the record, the spanish teacher that puts this on is actually a Honduran man of Mayan descent. There is essentially no time given for practice, and none of the participants have any dance training. Also, you note how "this video is disrespectful to the spanish ppl u r... kind of laughting [sic] to our culture."

First: where did you learn spelling? Internet speak is generally not respected in intelligent circles.

Second: most students feel the same way, but they don't have a choice.

  • Ok, first of all, the teacher that puts this on is a Honduran man of Mayan decent and all his students are required to participate and none of them have any dance training. You note how "this video is disrespecful to the spanish ppl [sic] u [sic] r [sic]... kind of laughting [sic] to [sic] our culture..."

First of all, just in case you didn't know: internet speak is not respected in intelligent circles.

Secondly: Most students feel the same way you do, but they are not given a choice.

  • Ok first of all i am sorry if my spelling its not totally correct but I am working on it! if you didnt realize i am not an english speaker, I am Spanish. May be one of these days I will get a ticket to be acceptet to the "intelligent circle"

  • Ok first of all i am sorry if my spelling its not totally correct but I am working on it! if you didnt realize i am not an english speaker, I am Spanish. May be one of these days I will get a ticket to be acceptet to the "intelligent circle

  • Ok anyway if i understood it you are kind of telling me that the teacher is not giving a lot of time to the student so thats why they do it all wrong, ok then I guess the teacher its not doing well his job because normally when you give this type of activities is to teach your students the culture of another country. Which I dont think happened in this case.

But at least they are laughing at it! well done then!

  • Muy chistoso, me encanta :-)

  • LADNA MASHA... shto eta takoy? blin... it's just hillarious! GOOD STUFF! good for the soul! forget those haters... loll... ve vilikalepna tansivali!!! Yall were magnificent... much love - ACE

  • get a life and get off youtube

  • That's like asking why is the "MUFFIN" video on the internet?!?!

    JUST FOR FUN

  • why is this on the internet???

  • i dont know why do south americans have to stick there noses where they dont belong . YOU are not spanish, just because we taught you the language and converted you to our relgion that does not make u spanish. SPANISH = SPAIN

  • hey, buddy... we're not south americans... and we're not dancing ur "spanish dance"... we're just using an arabic-latin song... get over it retard.

  • los latino americanos no son tan lerdos... ademas io creo q todos los latinos nos tendiramos q unir no pelear. no cres?
