I thought that the Cardinal scored 28. Which is 4 touchdowns. Gerhart had 4 touchdowns. How could the guy have scored at 0:49 if Gerhart had 4 TDs and the final score was 34-28???

What the hell was Harbaugh thinking? Toby Gerhart scored every single td, carried the team on his back. Luck has been a good young qb but he was making mistakes the entire night. The game was almost out of reach, Luck is scrambling for his life and dumps it off to Gerhart who gets 30 yards and carries about 8 guys and then they have 13 yards to go to score. Toby takes a breather, Luck almost gets intercepted. Next play WHY NOT GIVE THE BALL TO TOBY, THEY COULDNT STOP HIM. 4 tds already!

If Harbaugh gives Toby the ball twice, he would have most probably scored, scoring 5 tds to win the game. This would have given him a much better chance to win the Heisman, would have put Stanford in a better bowl scenario. Would have helped them recruit better. Its like Harbaugh gets nervous at the end of some games and wants to see if he can win without Gerhart, he did a similar mistake against Arizona. Thats two losses that could have been wins.

Turns out most athletics departments make highlight reels of most games and as you can see there were several fantastic plays. It was a loss, yes, but Gerhart also broke two school records in one night and rushed for 4 TDs.
