I'll second the above comments about effects. Two things: First, less is more. It gets monotonous real quick with flashing, mirror images, and shifting the screen. Also, it looked like for the most part you used huge uncut scenes.
Second, your timing was perfect. And I also really like the way you used the colors with the hollow Ichigo fight. Just, less is more. Good effort.

You really should post a warning though, for people who are sensitive to flashing patterns, so people arent having seizures.
