All the investors, including me, lost their money, which totaled in the millions. Carolyn Jones and her cohorts have since been accused by the Bankruptcy Trustee and the U.S. Court of fraud and pilfering the investors' money. You, John Q. Public, have been warned....Beware of this person.
Carolyn Jones is a thief. She has successfully stolen my money as well as that of other investors. Andrew Garrett, Inc., an investment firm, organized a private placement for Diamond Decisions, Inc. (doing business as Privacy Wear), a clothing company founded by Carolyn Jones. When the notes associated with the private placement were about to become due (one week to be exact), Carolyn Jones (Diamond Decisions, Inc.) filed bankruptcy.
SCAM ALERT: The company, Privacy Wear, aka, Diamond Decisions, Inc., comprised of Enron type executives, a year ago claimed to be raising funds for beast cancer awareness, raised more than 30 million dollars in capital from investors, then suddenly filed bankruptcy in a Los Angeles court, leaving unsuspecting investors blind sided with nowhere to turn. During their bankruptcy proceeding they pleaded the fifth amendment in regard to a whopping, missing 27 million dollars. Imagine that!!
