I love your birthing soundtrack. . . I think I heard Enya and Lord of The Rings. I too am impressed with your calmness. I wish I had seen this before my birth. I did it naturally but was very scared and anxious in the last hour of labor: )

@melodicmint thanks, i didn't actually plan to listen to that music it just came on after the other stuff i was playing and it seemed be soothing at the time :) The last hour of labour is usually the most intense so i can understand you being anxious, the pressure does get very overwhelming, i was a bit anxious that my body would hold up through it this time coz of my blood loss but i still had the determination to push through.

ps: does the warm water affect the bp during labor?

@gillian927 It can if its too hot, i kept the water about body temp as i was wary of it being too hot and affecting me that way.
