thank you. I like to keep some of the juice so I don't lose out on the vitamins and minierals that go into the water when cooked. I spice it up with Mrs. Dashs Salt Free. I eat it with some type of spicy lentils.

stews and soups are great ideas, you keep all the nutrients. and most of these foods can be cooked in bulk and eaten as left overs for lunch.

and yes planning is key! keep it simple. pita sandwiches. stir fry veggies, simple Mexican dishes...peace

Don't get me wrong, it's good name to have if you are true to the ways of the Prohets who all said, "Follow me or you will perish" in one way or another (Noah, Lot etc). @porkyo123 Thanks for being truthful. You identify yourself as such but did you know who named the follwers of Jesus "Christians"? Search into Pauls history and you'll find that the followers of Jesus were named Christians the enemies of Paul and Jesus. No where will you find in the history of Jesus where he called his followers Christians. But again, it's a good name if you are a true lover of the Prophet! And if you are then we should be a family of the prophets follwers.

@porkyo123 When the followers of Jesus asked "how do we pray" he replied "say Our Father who art in Heaven". He didn't say face me and pray to me! Jesus prayed to the one who Created him, and all things. I don't think it would be wise to name a relgion after one who didn't create the religion. Jesus was taught by the Father! That is who we who follow the example of Jesus Pray to, as he prayed to the Father.
