bugle band contest is a great day but im always nervous cuz im always in the conest.bugle is cool

  • Thats my band :) woop

    I look such a goon

    Yeah Bugle is a place...

  • We like it. The Pascoes were out in force.Rex Harveys was full.

  • Trombones aren't bugles, and what's with the upward facing bells? Maybe it's just a North American standard but I always thought bugles had their bells facing front. This looks more like a British style brass band

  • I could be wrong, but I think Bugle is the name of the town, not a reference to the instruments being played.

  • Yeah Bugle is the name of the town/village. they have a open air band contest every summer for the last million years. A Good day actually.

  • It shows your ignorance. The Brass band festival is held in a town called Bugle, in Cornwall. The people of Bugle know exactly what a trombone is thank you.The "bells" were euphoniums.Perhaps you should check your "North American standard " against British,Cornish, Bugle, standards. If you need to know anything else about brass bands, please contact anyone in Bugle. Especially anyone called Pascoe

  • Great to see Bands from the West Country on here at last. The band sounds great, and what a fab atmosphere it is at Bugle.

    Mark - Hatherleigh.

    xxxxxxxxxx
