Bare in mind this was written about 3 years ago when i barely started songwriting and it shows. I personally love the intro to bits but hate the middle as its just repetative. However people seem to like it and i've never changed it since it was completed years ago.

I do believe this was the first VF song ever.

Plus we're actually talking about re-doing this song to bring it up to current levels so it isn't just 3 chords over and over haha.

I discovered your band by watching one of craig mcarthurs demos of his BD-2 pedal and phase shifter and I thought it was great! You have a really awesome sound. Both of you guys are good guitarists. Are you guys just in it for fun or are you going for the pro thing?

Thanks for the complements but i think you should be aware only 2 of us are seen here but there are 3 guitarists in total (not including bass. The other (Thomas) is out of shot.

As for going Pro? Sure if the chance comes along we'd love to do this for a living but if it wasn't fun i doubt we'd be doing it in the first place.

Not to get all creepy uncle on you but I think I've watched on just about all of the media you have posted EVER. Haha I am absolutely obsessed with your sound! I'm a novice hobbyist myself so I bought a few pedals; one of which was the boss dd-6 delay and I'm addicted to pedals!

I'm trying to figure out some of those cool delay riffs like the one at the beginning of this song and the one at the end of Placido. Any advice?

Shit sorry man. Sometimes i dont get an email making me aware people have replied or commented so this one slipped under the radar.

Ok for the placido/napoleon complex delay you want ping pong delay. Now its not the normal one you get which is straight 1/8th type repeats. This one is a normal repeat followed quickly by an off time repeat.

If i remember correctly my G-Force is set to 400ms for the first and 500 ms for the 2nd repeat. Set feedback to around 30% and level at 100%
