When you get a new bottle of the foundation, how full is it really in the bottle? It's because I just bought it myself, but I feel like it is only about 70% full.
I am just about to get this foundation but am struggling to decide which colour to get. I don't live near a store that sells it so will have to buy online.. What colour are you in Mac Foundation and which colour shade are you in this foundation so I can compare please? xx
@TendresseRose Oh I'm so undecided which one to get- I'm pretty sure I'm the same sort of skin colour as you but as I don't have a MAC near me either I'm just guessing! Do you use Chanel Vitalumier- if so are you limpide in this?? xx
@catherinerachel20 Oh I understand! Well sorry to be a pain but I've only ever used Chanel's Mat Lumiere which I had in shade 05 - faience. Don't know whether that helps!
@lilidp1 Yes I did- I went for Ultra Light in the end and it's perfect. I am really quite pale (I have never been matched in MAC but would say I am NC15), but ultra light doesn't make you look washed out at all it's lovely. The foundation is honestly the best I've ever had so I would 100% recommend it if you can work out which colour you need! xx
@ggrrish I know Jemma Kidd makeup is sold in some Bloomingdales stores in California, but I'm not sure which ones! The Jemma Kidd website might tell you xx
Gosh, this came at practically the perfect time - I have heard so much about this foundation and really wanted to hear another review before I tried it. Is it fairly dewy or get oily throughout the day? I have combination skin and I was worried it might not work so well with any oil - but I mean my t zone isn't SUPER oily and things like NARS sheer glow work fine for me. What do you think? Thanks!
@QuiteBonney Well when I first started using it my skin was very oily, so I think it should be fine for your skin! I would say it is fairly dewy in that it ensures your skin has a healthy glow, but it definitely doesn't look unnatural or over the top. I find that the finish doesn't change throughout the day :)
@TendresseRose That's good! I like dewy in the summer but the kind of dewy that actually doesn't make my foundation a mess by lunchtime! What shade did you go for? I'm usually an NW20 in MAC. Thank you for the very useful reply and also for subscribing! :)
