those pellets look too big and hard for them to chow down on. try the reptomin baby sticks and a few pieces of chopped carrots/ romaine lettuce . i hope this is their feeding tub :3

Looks like a feeding container. They are usually pretty filthy at eating. :) I recommend reptomin floating sticks.

turtles don't eat if the water temperature was too cold,.. and about this video you need to buy a god damn 10-20 gallon tank dude,..poor turtles,..
