I have had two units in two years and they do not heat PROPERLY. I have had mine explode(in two months) and the water jacket leak. Central Boiler is terrible about standing behind their product. They sent me a refurbished one to replace mine. All that means is someone else had problems with the unit. In fact this one runs worse and the motor/blower quit in a month. I bought a new one and not only am I entitled to one; I deserve one that works. IT'S FUNNY HOW THEY BLOCK COMMENTS ON THEIR VIDEO
