I saw KD in the row behind me at the sexually explicit "9 Songs" film at Pacific Cinemateque

No, I think she's quite happy being a female because her temperament and manner is actually quite gentle and she lacks the aggressive, competitive qualities that an abundance of testosterone would result in, she just looks masculine.
