I would say he was a little more intelligent and witty, but... the Rock has demonstrated his improv skills in the past and well... I think they COULD be on the same level. Would have loved to see a feud of Charisma's between The Rock and maybe a ECW-esque Raven. Block Buster promo one after the other..

Uhh. Don't get me wrong, Raven is my favorite wrestler of all time, but him and Mick Foley are both VERY GOOD hardcore wrestlers. I wouldn't say Raven is 10 times better, as much as I love Raven, Mick and Raven are the two greatest hardcore legends of all time. Followed closely by Terry Funk and Sabu.
