we have around 40 acres of crp but we put around 30 back in it might be more than 40 acres all together we are going to reseed some of this when we burn it we will try this we will spread seed and then cultimulch have you done anything like that and what is the wild flower mix that isin 40ft strips tell me what you think about reseeding it and cultipacking was this cultipacked or drilled?
we have the same thing i think big bluestem and indian grass we have sericia lezpedeza it takes over burning helps this also helps people learn how to burn fields a fire got away with us one time the wind change and the fire went in the woods we had a leaf blower and made a pile of leaves it went out the fire is hot even when it is far away it is better to burn with no wind this is like fertilizer the ash it looks like wheat when its burnt off conservation reserve program our's sit 10 years
