  • I'm just glad I could learn Amy way to do this. I am about to marry a man from Egypt and to make the foods from the middle east was confusing for me to learn. I am just grateful someone was thoughtful enough to make a video. I can worry about the fat content with my meat myself. Its the technique that was mist important! Thank you so much!

  • Turks eat, this is a..original name"içli köfte"

  • Thank you so much to showing how to make this my mother in law was from syria and she passed on before she could teach me how to make this for my husband now you are my new mother in law. ty please let me know if you come up with a cook book i will bye ten of them. tx

  • Hi How ToExpo

Thank you for replying I hope I do not come across as been very harsh with my comment I am sorry if I did !!!

If you are in London Uk or Chicago I would love for you to meet my Sister or I can send you some of her Kibbeh to sample Drop me a line if you Wish would be a pleasure !!!

    God bless You

  • NICE

  • I can see fat in her stuffing and the dough too!!! the meat should be clear of most fat and other bits that comes with it also the size should be cut in half they are too large !!! I am sure the lady is not fussy enough !!!!!!!!! well I am 2/2

  • Hi @heycoco1 thank you for your concern about the meat used to make the kibbeh containing fat. This meat is specially prepared and sold in one pound packs to be used for preparing kibbeh. it contains maybe 3% fat or less. as for the size it depends if you are cooking for your family or for guests. i usually have the busy mothers and fathers who have to make time and go out of their ways to cook special meals for their family. thanks for posting..

  • @heycoco1 I love schmucks who criticize and claim better knowledge. If you're so good, make a video yourself. This is the real Kibbe

  • I am sorry to say that most of you commenting it seems have not had a good kibbeh before !!!I see my Family making Kibbeh and now I see this video of this lady too firstly the dough when the lady rolls it is too thick has to be a little thinner well much thinner and the stuffing is not minsed well !!! you can not eat kibbeh with meat like that !!!! kibbeh has to melt in your mouth when you eat it not to have to chew on those not finely minsed meat which the lady added!!! 1/2

  • I love the way she makes them. She is very neat :) thanks for sharing!

  • one of my favorite food in lebanon we're my loving second country home. soooooooooooo yummy!!!
