  • LOL where r they at 2:40,it looks familiar...... i know... PRIDE ROCK!! :D

  • Can you paint with all the colors of low resolution?

  • I don't think the song worked. There is a MacDonald's where the sycamore tree was.

  • I ball my eyes out every time i see this movie. It's the most amazing movie in the world. I love it:)

  • holy crap she can sing underwater

  • um. i am not kidding. the part where she sang about the sycamore tree sent shivers down my spine.

  • Why does the quality slowly degrade over the course of the video, I thought I was going blind/insane

  • I remember cheering on Simba when he fought Scar.

I remember booing at Ursela when she took Arial's voice.

I remember fighting the Huns with Mulan.

I remember the wind through my hair, running by Pocahontas.

I remember being locked in the Beast's castle.

I remember laughing and having fun with Mickey and his friends.

I don't remember watching teen drama on stupid disney channel

Copy and paste this to all your favorite Disney Videos and let's start a revolution.

    W. Disney forever

  • @livelaughlove12346 cool, a copy-paste revolution! that sounds easy :D

  • @hrBertelsen haha i got it from another vid. but come on guys, thumbs up!

  • i wish this song lasted forever, its beautiful :)

  • She's really good at singing underwater

  • 7 ppl r to ignornant to apperciate the earth

  • idiots she dont mean literally paint with all the colors the winds

she means respect and tresure the earth because its not something we should take for granted we explot the earth and we shouldnt

  • thsi song is about drugs, painting with all the colors that magic mushrooms right there, talking to animals and trees thats LSD XD

  • I tried to pait with all the colors of the wind but I ran out of mushrooms and couldnt complete my picture.

  • for my culminating task we could choose three things. one of the ones i choose was a painting. i handed in a blank paper, with half a page descirbing how i painted with the colors of the the wind and freedom and stuff. i think im going to pass :3 just because i love this song~~~<3

  • this song makes me sad :/...

  • @sunrisemeadows why? it's so happy!

  • Man, I wish I could sing under water...

  • @sugarbubbble disney magic is amazing.

  • uhhh think ima ignorant savage.......

  • 1:14 if you grabbed a bear cub like that in front of his mother, your face would be ripped off

  • i keep trying to find some secret message in this song like "how can you paint with all the colors of the wind when the wind has no colours?"

  • @tommygun641 You have to think outside the box, I think it means that you need to work with everything nature provides. For example, instead of leveling a hill to build a house, build your house into the hill. Simply put: work with nature, not against it.

  • AMERICA!!!!!

  • i just noticed that her eyebrows are a different colour to her hair, once you see it you can't unsee it

  • Wow. That was just beautiful (:

  • 2:48 Simba's Rock lol

  • I don't think I would want to talk to the Bobcat...

  • I'm studying English and one of our courses is American Studies.

We're going to discuss Pocahontas on Monday, so this is homework.

  • My best friend is an Indian and he doesn't do much magic.

    Mostly he plays Xbox.

  • @josefblack Mostly lol

  • @josefblack he's clearly not painting with all the colours of the wind....

  • @josefblack we prefer native americans haha jk

  • @josefblack Probably cause he's not a Native American.

    Indians live in India.

  • @Schadenfreude17 Okay, he's one of the Indigenous Peoples of the Great Lakes Region of the North American Continent.

  • @josefblack I'll accept it. :3

  • The first Avatar!

  • do you guys realize John Smith taught Pocahontas to speak english in less than 2 minutes? -____-

  • @studmuffin2261

    Quite well too.

  • yea they definately did it after that song....

  • in his defense... We wear shoes... the fucking barbarians.

  • bears are people 2.

  • Tears have been shed, every single time, especially during the part with the crying wolf :<

  • brings a tear to my eye to this day.

  • I just got my VCR to start working and the first movie i watched was this. Next is Lady and the Tramp

  • yeah.....cuddle a bear cub in front of its mum......genius

  • @masm125 yeah....ruin a moment......wonderful

  • Pochahontas is real life would be **Damn**!! lol

  • Five people clearly, cannot paint with all the colors of the wind.

  • every moment has something precious for those willing to look. take the best and get rid of that which does not belong. our world became too flashy, too noisy, too intoxicated with eventually exhausting itself into great fatigue, but the way is balanced, take what this world gave you in the format of abundance, then abide in the everlasting peace, ti is more real than you are. there is a lot be learned from every second. the rewards of this are total fullilment

  • because the risk of living in the world like hannah montana, is cancer, cancer does not happen to people that really understand the nature of things, they have relief at every moment, silence at every footstep, and great mysteries are revealed, the only way to know god is to see you are always looking at him, and when you stumble like the civilized savae ( the white man in thsi film ) then you are not handling god very well :)

  • nature does have a spirit and it leads to humility

we have the blessing of abundance, if we can turn off from the tv in particular, and come to understand the overwhelming silence and awareness . there is a lot to be gained, these movies act as keys to wake you up out of the deception, a bit like the matrix, the red pill is something the natives knew very well :)

  • Ok, some people didn't agree with my last comment. I believe that Pocahontas, Beauty & the Beast, and others like them are true Disney movies as well. In the end, all I meant was that what we have today, like Hannah Montanna, Phineas&Ferb, and so on, is absolute crap. There isn't any lesson to it and makes no sense half the time, they are also overly exaggerated when it comes to the acting and half the people on Disney Channel can't really sing or dance. I love Disney classics. Sorry if i offend

  • FAVOURITE

  • I'm really pissed when I found out that the actual Pocahontas is 15 yrs younger than Smith.. and that she addressed him as her English "FATHER" o_O

  • I love this song so much =]

  • Man, I think I'm going to cry T_T.

  • this soung makes me want to be an indian or whatever

  • this song is in the vhs trailers of "the santa clause"... now i think it sucks cuz we watch that movie every christmas.

  • My favorite Disney song. Ever. This is one of my favorite Disney movies as well. You know, if you actually listen to the lyrics, and the lyrics behind the actual lyrics, it is such a great song that teaches you to respect other heritages and ethnicities that are not exactly like you. We need more Disney 2D movies like this now. I miss these movies so much.

  • My favorite Disney song. Ever. This is one of my favorite Disney movies as well.

  • This is my favorite Disney song...

  • Pochahontas is right although she is animated she was a very wise character Im 11 and I still love this movie

  • @ponystars415 you say 11 like it's old you're still a kid! I'm in college and still Love this!

  • ok pocahontas im sory but some people still don't know how to paint with all the colors of the wind

thumbs up if u no any body

  • I never understood why John Smith was an Englishmen yet had an American accent while all his English friends had English accents.

  • @TxtACRowetxT it was because this movie was intended for an American audience and Disney felt they would be able to relate to John more if he spoke like an American, its the same reason why Aladdin had an American accent.

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 I disagree, some of the most enjoyable movies come some years after Disney died in 1966. such as Beauty and The Beast, Mulan, Aladdin, Lion King and well Pocahontas....

  • Even Stevens = last decent show on Disney channel?

  • 0:56 Yeah. . I used to try and get rocks and trees to light up like that when I was a kid. lol. Ah, the magic of Disney.

  • DISNEY CHANNEL SUCKS!!!

wats with all the stupid reality shows?! NO ONE CARES ABOUT MILEY CIRES N SHIT LIKE DAT!

i personally dont like walt disney, but he made great worth while movies n cartoons.

i wud love 2 see him come back 2 life n see what has happened 2 all his hard work n effort.

  • Disney Channel nowadays sucks. Pocahontas has true meaning-not some phoney costumes for underaged girls trying to do something cool, get caught, dont get in trouble and make kids"learn" a lesson when really their just showing kids to shop at justice and be a prostitute

  • @mexicanmansam

    i agree with u 100%

disney was suppose 2 b a show where kids learned sumthing that was actually good and meaningful and perhaps even help change the world 2 b a better place. but now its all crap that they giv on tv. the children of this generation are already stupid, disney channel dont gotta help them even more with that

  • From all the great disney classics, I feel the lyrics in this song surpass every other.

  • You guys are aware that the last movie Walt Disney worked on personally was the Jungle Book, so he didn't help with Pocahontas, right? But I agree, Disney Channel is a load of crap.

  • This song is magical i never appreciated it before but i have a far greater respect for it now

  • Im not a huge disney channel fan but I remember being a kid and going to the movie theaters to see these movie's and Hurcules, These movie's were so much more back then, they all had a message, Now days disney channel is about all the teenage girls pretending to sing and stuff, I miss being a kid and watching these movies in complete aw

  • My favorite movie in the entire world... I may be 14 but this is the best movie and it will always be close to my heart.

  • I wanna be a kid again.

  • Lol the college humor one is funny.

  • i just wish disney would market her as a disney princess, shes more a princess then Belle was, Pocahontas was a chiefs daughter, Belle only became a princess when she married beast, same as cinderella. The only true born princesses were Ariel, Jasmine, Aurora and obviously Pocahontas.

  • Six people got mauled bears when they went into her den and took one of her cubs.

  • Was he seriously about to shoot a bear during her montage? I mean, jeez.

  • I just say Disney does not recommend to follow a mother bear.

  • I don't need the wind, I have cadmium red!

  • If you walk the footsteps of a stranger you'll learn things you never knew you never knew...

  • any one there cuz of the college humor parody? :)

  • @funwithhydrogen yeah. lol.

  • @funwithhydrogen yup, it reminded me i love this song

  • @funwithhydrogen hell yah i am

  • @funwithhydrogen Im here because of childhood!

  • @funwithhydrogen nope, just my childhood.

  • Classic disney always has a place in my mind and heart.

  • gangsta's love this right here!

  • MESCALINE! Paint with all the colors of the wind!

  • What a wonderful song by Judy

  • I knew I had seen Avatar when I was a kid! Except when I was a kid, Avatar had a plot with less gaping holes... And the natives weren't twelve feet tall cat monsters... James Cameron ftl.

  • 5 people can't paint with all the colors of the wind. lol

  • I simply adore all the 90's Disney movies.

  • Comment removed

  • Hey look its avatar :D

  • Real good meaning to the song. They sure don't make movies like they used to.

  • I forgot how beautiful this song was.

  • Man, if you pick up a bear cub in front of its mother, there's no crazy nature in-tune spirit magic BS that can possibly save you from getting your stupid butt mauled.

  • I think everyone in this world should be forced to watch this video and find out the true meaning of it. Awesome movie, Awesome Meaning :)

Don't be Greedy, Share the World!

  • I agree with softballrocks9 they used to have great music, both vocal and instrumental in their animated movies! What Happened?!

  • 5 people can't paint with all the colors of the wind

  • Comment removed

  • i miss children movies that actually prepare you for the real world, where villians are actually evil and morals are taught through hardship

  • Just now I noticed how the light on his chest at 2:53 forms a hawk :p

  • @petoetjuh EAGLE!!! :P

  • how in the world is she singing underwater

  • @Rag123qweasdzxc

She's singing with the voice of the mountain.

  • @Rag123qweasdzxc How is her grandmother a talking tree?

  • disney vs reality. i didn't shoot the bear. now i'm dead....

  • The old Disney movies will last for an eternity. They are just that good.

  • old disney: this stuff is classic, it shows the meanings of magic and love, and how we shld appriecaite each day

todays disney: crap wit drunks and drug addicts who have killed disney channel

    Walt disney would be ashamed

  • @jenngirl12348

Couldnt have said it better myself.

  • 1:03. Yes.

  • I want to hear bob dylan sing this.

  • I look at disney today and I shake my head. To be honest, it's almost all...crap.

What happened to movies and shows that instilled values and gave that magical feeling? That all seems to mean nothing now..

  • i love this... i loooved the classics.. they are the only way to go with Disney. They are beautiful. And magical...

  • this movie made me want a raccoon as a pet so bad

  • @rexfactor69 LMAO YES!

  • This Disney needs to come back. They've brought it back somewhat with The Princess And The Frog, but they need to do more of those types of movies!

  • I forgot how AWESOME Disney used to be...

  • 5 people like the "new" disney

  • yes, yes I can paint with all the curlers of the wind.

  • 5 people cant paint with all the colours of the wind

  • You can own the Earth and still, all you'll own is earth untiiiiiiiiil... You can paint with all the colors... of the... wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiind

  • It's a beautiful song full of truths. But everyone focuses on its beauty. Take a lesson from the wisdom Disney has made available worldwide. The Earth isn't just a thing we can own. Rather, it owns us. Pocahontas had it right.

  • i <3 it!!

I miss the old Disney, when i was a kid this was all i watched!!

  • Straight nostalgia.

  • this is the best disney song.

  • I love this song...always gives me chills...so beautiful :)

  • please visit boycottlibertymutual and find how liberty mutual insurance should be charged with child abuse/ neglect/ and murder....what they've hide from the world since 1995

  • Disney used to be good lol. Fukin sucks now, just a bunch of highschool musical bullcrap.

  • If they continued to make movies like they used to, with hand animation, and VHS, they'd make a killing.

  • Dang, She told what white boy off !

  • The words are so deeply felt.

  • Some people might find this harsh but personally I believe the true Disney movies( i mean the beautiful ones that make you want to be eight again and just have fun) stopped being made when Walt Disney died, i doubt he would be happy with what is now called Disney channel, didn't mean to offend anyone but this is just how i feel, Walt Disney was an absolute genius.

  • @TheBlondeBabe16

And a rabid anti-semite, don't forget that little nugget ;)

  • @smellyuglydork oh ur just finding someone to tell off with that overrated word

  • @truaprezure

yep, that's how I get my kicks. I'm such a loser in real life that this is my only outlet. Leave me aloooone! :)

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 well, he died in 1966. so that would exclude pocahontas, hercules, alladin, beauty and the beast, hunchback of notre dame, the little mermaid, the lion king, and several other movies people would agre are the best of disney, id really say that disney movies died around like 2000 or 1998 when disney channel started and disney movies stopped being musicals. i agree though, disney these days is nothing compared to waht it used to be, and he would be ashamed of disney channel now

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 I know right, well his son or whoever carried on the tradition for a while and was able to keep it alright but after that they killed disney: the animation not the man, but you never know!! LoL

  • @TheBlondeBabe16

Walt Disney had been dead for nearly 30 years when this film was released.

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 i feel the exact same way. i've been listening to this song for days now. and i cant help but feel like a kid. everything new on the disney chanel is badly written. they all have the same story. kids do something bad, try to hide it, get caught, end up not getting in trouble. the old disney movies like this were all special and different in their own way

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 You could argue that some of the newer movies like Toy Story and Monsters Inc are up there. Just about every pixar movie will become a classic, I think.

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 im with u. The new disney movies are nice but how bout something like this or any origianls??

  • @TheBlondeBabe16

I disagree. Disney has always put out crappy movies, and it's always fairly regularly released brilliant films. Personally I hated some of their older films, like Snow White, and Dumbo. And it wasn't until after Disney died that they released The Lion King, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, all of which I count among the very best films they've done. And I even enjoyed Tangled and Enchanted. But I do agree that the Disney Channel is a disaster.

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 I liked it when Disney movie songs used to stay in my head for months.

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 you read my mind. it feels so good to go back and watch these movies, although i dont get that magical feeling i did as a kid :( that feeling was un-describable :)

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 yeah man imagine if he saw the wild

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 Yeah. He amazes me. Walt Disney is just-.. he's a legend... and he was just one man. His life wasn't long enough for all the ideas he had, and I think that's the saddest part. I mean, I recently read something on that and almost cried. I can't immagine how aweful that must have felt. But he's even a legend today. You can't just say "That's so '40s :|" to anything he does. Disney channel, however, will come and go. Doesn't even remotely remind me of the true Disney.

  • @TheBlondeBabe16 So are you are saying the Lion King is not a true Disney movie?

  • she is kind of a butterface

  • @theypretend everything is good but her face

  • im planning on taking over the world and after hearing this im going to make it the global anthem as it preaches the message of unity, equality and understanding that i want to project upon the world

  • @mattc2911

    Wait... what?

  • MLIA!(:

  • this was before autotune, back in the time when singers actually had to know how to sing

  • i havnt seen this film for so long, i heard this in a video and i cried, :P

i never realised how beautiful it is

  • im a stickler 4 this song

  • My girlfriend sings this to me when I'm sad and it cheers me up no end. I'm 24 ;p

  • purely amazing song

  • wow. . alot of disney movies are like a romeo and juliet thing.. like, they fall in love with people on completely different sides.. pocahontas and john smith kovu and kiara ariel and eric aladdin and jasmine hercules and meg tarzan and jane belle and the beast or even just friends... *todd and copper* (from the fox and the hound)
  • @Kengiedengi It's to make children feel as if there are no boundaries, and that there is nothing that love can't conquer.

  • @Kengiedengi

Romeo and Juliet is about teens, sex and suicide.

  • good song, bad movie

  • i remember the first time i watched pocahontas, i freaked out because she chose john ralph instead of john smith in the second movie
