  • Looks good!

  • Vanessa da Mata ao fundo :)

  • Jaspal,

each chef has his mix. Try yours. Please, visit a spice house and they will be more than happy to advise you.

I used coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, cumin, clover, cardamom, onion seed, mustard seed, star anise, laurel, curry leaf, fenugreek seed and dry leaf and tomato pure, fresh garlic, onion, ghee, ginger, birds eye capsicum, black pepper corns.

Mix with coconut milk, basil and fresh coriander when you are using it on a dish.

  • @jomacoam wow, thanks for the secrets- there are a few spices I'm not aware of- clover (is it a spice?), onion seed (never saw the seed), Laurel= Bay leaf, I think, curry leaf (???), fenugreek = fenel (???). What's a Spice store? Maybe I need to move to Portugal. :)

  • thak you I will

  • Very nice..

I suggest you upload the same in 'Dynamycdesi'.It is a online talent contest site for people.
