  • good kata and good effort , to improve your kata , lower your shuto uke's and fix your kokutes dachi(back stance) 80% weight on back leg and 20%on front leg , also widen your stances and give a snap or a flick at the end of every move just like you are deffending yourself in real life:) ous , from adam jess 2nd dan scotland:D
