@richeau Ive used the boots curling creme before but I cant use it ( my sister did it :L ) and she used alot and it made my hair feel hard and sticky and horrible... but it looked nice, how much should i use? or is this right is it suppose to be like that

I agree about using a leave in or a light oil on your hair before the Eco Gel. It will not be as hard and you will still have same hold. I'm feeling that Maxwell!

Well I don't know how it would make your hair damaged! As long as you are deep conditioning and balancing with protein, getting trims and not abusing heat your hair really has no reason to break off.
