I was wondering if you would be kind enough to post your times after each act. It's really hard to see what the clock at the top says and I think it would really help some people out. Thanks for considering it.
That certainly seems logical, but the video has been cut in many places, and I even noticed on one level it was at 4 mins, then 13, then back to 5 mins.
@TheDiffusedPotatoe The first time I touched the door without the key, then I pick the key so when I rewind my shadow has the key and open the first door when touching it. After that you can open the second door normally.
Oh shit! That glitch totally screwed me over! I was just gonna mimic this playthrough. I was doing just that, pausing along the way, until I came to the 4:49 glitch. I don't know how to do no stupid glitch. Nor do I want to.
Climb up the ladder (hold up on the controller) and hit A twice at the right time. The first A will drop you off the ladder, you'll start climbing again and then jump, with the ladder climbing momentum.
Doing it reliably can be difficult, so its more for show (my top full runs don't use it)
Fickle Companion can be done 5 seconds faster. for the second puzzle piece don't immediately kill the goomba, jump over him, unlocking the door. Then walk left, fall down, and die to the goomba, handing him the key. Rewind into the unlocked door, go right and pick up the key. Saves you one goomba respawn.
5-3 (at 4:00) can also be done faster by collecting the two puzzle pieces in the opposite order.
at 8:55...its possible 2 get the key WITHOUT placing the slow-time bubble down, u also dont need 2 double jump on the goombas to get up on the left platform (where the cannon that fires goombas out). Apart from that (and a few very minor hiccups) all is good! 5 stars :)
