Does it works to me? im 5'4 and i'm only 13 years old. I'm a Pure Filipino kid. I'm an Athlete in my school i Play Shooting Guard and Small Forward. I can tap the board. but i dont know what is the limit of my vertical.
I'm 5'10'' and i can jump to 305cm rim and catch it with half of my palm.. the only problem is i can't hold the ball with one hand cuz i got short fingers...
@Gajnicar101 you don't really HAVE to dunk in the NBA. there are players that just settle with layups, but they also have the ability to change direction in the middle of a jump, so you should practice that. so that you can get around taller defenders.

@15TheKid23 im in the same position as u a little tallker but i just bought air alert and i can already tell it gives results, its a tough workout and dont buy if ur not commited. i went from barely being able to dunk 9'0 to getting it off to feet vert easy, and now can get rim consistently

Should I start AA3, I have been squatting and dead lifting for a year and a half. Will i get knee injuries? Are my legs strong enough? I can squat and deadlift about 1.5 x my body weight and I can power clean 75% of my body weight.

what did i do? i did 2 days of AA (started monday) and today i maked this drill u posted. but not 20-15-12-8-4 but 20-15-15-15 and not the every shot but the shoted maked (missed like 3 per every set:D) and not with 2 hands only with 1 hand.. jumped as higher i could
