  • Good Stuff man, I'm a 15 year old dunker to 5'10.5" !! Sophomore, play Highschool basketball. To all the people out there trying to get better, keep doing what you're doing and never give up and if you need help always look to people with Youtube pages like "derupt" !!

  • Does it works to me? im 5'4 and i'm only 13 years old. I'm a Pure Filipino kid. I'm an Athlete in my school i Play Shooting Guard and Small Forward. I can tap the board. but i dont know what is the limit of my vertical.

  • I'm 5'10'' and i can jump to 305cm rim and catch it with half of my palm.. the only problem is i can't hold the ball with one hand cuz i got short fingers...

  • @Gajnicar101 you don't really HAVE to dunk in the NBA. there are players that just settle with layups, but they also have the ability to change direction in the middle of a jump, so you should practice that. so that you can get around taller defenders.

  • @15TheKid23 im in the same position as u a little tallker but i just bought air alert and i can already tell it gives results, its a tough workout and dont buy if ur not commited. i went from barely being able to dunk 9'0 to getting it off to feet vert easy, and now can get rim consistently

  • Hey man, love ur videos, i'm, 16 years old 6'1 and i play faceup game as i play center in school in Singapore, well dude, i'm very skinny but i am dunking inconsistently like out of 3/10 tries, by doing this exercise every week for 15 weeks, will i be able to dunk with ease? and also do u have any videos that help centers who face-up, cause i really cant and hate the post position.   • Im 6'4 and can easily do a standing dunk but I dont have the midstride timing to do a running dunk but I kno I have more than enough hops. What should I do to increase timing and elevation?

  • Hey Dre I dont mean to be a bother but I got a question..Have you ever used Kenitic/resistance bands for jump training or for any type of training?Im asking this because im wondering if they work,im thinking of buying them but dont wanna buy them if they dont work this is why i need your opinion on them(if you have used them before) thanks.

  • Should I start AA3, I have been squatting and dead lifting for a year and a half. Will i get knee injuries? Are my legs strong enough? I can squat and deadlift about 1.5 x my body weight and I can power clean 75% of my body weight.

    dre u dont know how much i thank u! i'm 6.1 but i never touched the rim at 305 cm.. (means 9.9 i think) the nba is 303 cm if im right.. i was always like 4-5 cm to reach it and now i did touch it:D

    what did i do? i did 2 days of AA (started monday) and today i maked this drill u posted. but not 20-15-12-8-4 but 20-15-15-15 and not the every shot but the shoted maked (missed like 3 per every set:D) and not with 2 hands only with 1 hand.. jumped as higher i could

  • when you jump. do you try to jump high as possible or do u just jump? it looks like your not trying to jump high
