What memories that film evokes I was there that day and the film brings it all back. If remember correctly it was the only time the Chapparrel raced in Britian.
OMG! I've just seen the Ferrari logo on a Mk1 Ford Transit van! X¬D But I have to say, some of my top heroes were there Jack Brabham Jon Surtees and Graham Hill. And yes, Jim Hall too, his cars were phenomenal.
FAntastic memories, especially the South Bank salute to the winners. Paddock was an awesome corner; you came down past the pits keeping to the right and aimed for one of the ads on the outside of the track. When you ran out of road you turned right and it was like driving over a cliff.
What about that pit lane action as well. Eat your heart out health & safety people!
Phil Hill's last victory, a truly great driver, this country needs more like him now!
