  • Sorry my first response has terrible grammar; I was blazed out of my mine at the time I responded. You didn't answer my question: Why would you carb up before a bodybuilding contest? The idea is to cut out your carbs. A friend of mine competed and the day of the contest the only thing he ate was half a power bar.

    I know it's fucked replying to a comment 2 years ago, but a bodybuilder will cut carbs while keeping water intake high, and then before the competition carb load while taking in no water in order to dehydrate and look more defined. Of course, this only works if you're not a fat piece of shit like Jason is :)
