Strange curl, looks like a compound move to me. Probably works lats, shoulders, and biceps at the same time. I'd worry about hurting the shoulder if not done right or the weights are too heavy.
you dont just wanna train your biceps, if you ask me it looks more like he was paid to do some random shit, the best method to train biceps are curls, lean forward a bit so you constantly pulling the weight up, not carrying it ( dont fall over ;o) curls, if controlled, will train your triceps too ( dont like, drop the weight)

I have a question how do you get a chest like that nothing else just the chest i got everything else covered, im having a hard time with my chest. Now i know genetics will have an effect on how your muscle turns out but, my chest workouts arent doing it?
If there are any teenagers out there that want some good advice on building bigger and stronger arms here is what it is, DONT THINK THAT DOING MORE IS ALWAYS BETTER, do 3 different bicep workouts and leave it alone, what most people have a tendency to do is fatige the muscles, this will cause them to go into a non muscle building mode, which takes about 5 days of not hitting the gym to recover from, if u think u are in this stage take 5 days off, u will thank me for this!!!
the guy is in good shape, but most websites say that you shouldn't lift too heavy to the point where you fatigue the muscle, for an average high school guy 5'5 ft. 150 pounds w/e do about 25-35 pounds regular curl ups around 6-10 lifts for each arm repeat 3 times but rest for about 3 minutes in between and rest for a day, eat properly do the running in P.E. class don't eat too much junk food or drink soda.
you can tell he's in shape.. my only comment is I doubt he lifts that much weight regularly, the poor form doesn't seem like something he would do on a daily/weekly basis... i think he just tried to big up the weight for the video.. not saying he's soft or anything
I wish I could do a trap/shoulder exercise and still do biceps at the same time :o
