That "Bone Daddy's" BBQ has quite a few places in Texas-- although they originate in MICHICAN it says... have you ever seen or been to one of their places up in MI??
Most of the teams have companies that are sponsors I guess-- I had to LoL at the Kansas City booth-- one of their sponsers is TUMS, LoL (at 6:15 )!! That could come in very handy!! (c:
There was some there. They also had something like fried corn but it was major expensive, it was freaking $4.00 per ear of corn which was a rip off. They also had BBQ'ed turkey legs there for $8.00 per leg.
I noticed them unloading the ribs-- that they were from "Curly's" in Sioux City IOWA!! Bet they used thousands of pounds during this cookoff-- that Curly's had to made sine big bucks supplying the ribs, LoL!! They said in the 'rules' that all the ribs that all the teams used had to come from ONE place to make everything more fair!!
Yea they used only Curly's ribs from Sioux City, Iowa at the Sparks Rib Cook Off and we are talking truck load after truck load, after freaking truck load of Cruly's ribs.
Noticed at least one, maybe more Texas "teams" were there!! I think that one with the big armadillo is possibly Texas. So you can go to any of the teams competing and get stuff (ribs!) to eat?? Gotta love BBQ and the cookoffs are fantastic! Great pics dude!!
Yea there were a number of Texas teams there as well as one team frmo Australia. You could go to any team and get food. Its amazing the awards/trophys that these teams have as you can see in the pics.

At the end of this vid starting at 7:19 you can see them unloading a whole semi truck load of boxes and boxes of ribs. Major good stuff.
