I'd like to more virtual reality like you see in some animes and whatnot else, if not more realistic physics and more realistic movements on the characters. Majestic you said playing these games for 40 hours a week doesnt do any harm? Most people play a mmorpg for a few years so say you play for 100 weeks then 4000 hours of your life is wasted on a game so what do people do when they quit there game? Do they realize how much time they wasted on the game? and if they had a job instead of playing the game thats 4000 hours of work thats $40,000 you could have but instead you play a game????

FF11 will never beat the likes of FF7 and co but nothink will ff7 had everything but like all other games its not built to last. FF11 fight system delievers pure fairness of online play where lag or better connections dont give a greater advantage than say a shooter up online. WoW is quicker and easier than FF11 i hear so you may be right with ff11 out lasting it, it was built to last thats why its been going 7 years

holy crap ur a fag... i play WoW i have 5 lvl 19 max twinks and 2 lvl 29s and a lvl 39 with a full vengeful warrior but final fantasy was around way before wow and it might be around way after... FF has been around since 1987 u are right thou the fighting style of this one and of 12 suck but the ones from FF1-FF10 are awsome... im a gamer for life i love wow but FF is a legend and if they go back to the old style it will be a legend even longer

as for my friend, he've been playing for about 5 years now and let me tell you this, not only he waste lots of time but lots of monney, as for a player plus his mules, he was factured for I think 20$ a month, sum it up for 5 years and there you have it, he payed 1200$ to keep playing a game that costed him 50$ plus the expentions so I see nothing good out of this, most of the time he play, he's bored anyways.
ive been playing 3 and a half, ever calcuated how much u spend on a night out on the town? 30,40,50? for one night? and 15 pound for 1 month on this. No Crime, no volience because your in doors. Well, I agree with you on this, people going at bars and piming there rides do spend a lot more monney then people playing mmorpg but I was more talking about plans for the futur, house, reers, saving monney, stuff like that, altho it's possible to do both when you play mmorpgs, most of gamers spend most of there monney on games and sitting in front of the tv all the time is not really a good thing for health right?

This game looks kinda bad. To be honest it was the music and the fact it's a "Weapon Fight" that kept me watching (I don't like MMO's). Stil pretty good though
music went well with this video made it seem real epic. Most FF XI videos have a cover of some band with good music but not fit for an FF XI video. it just ruins the video and makes less people watch it. The music in this video kept me here and watching it. Very nicely done.

i quit plying this game long ago, after i hit lvl 44 with a PLD, its hard to get good gear since it costs a hell of a lot due to most ppl buying gill. and it takes way too long to lvl up and you alwase HAVE to be in a partie in order to lvl... all specs of a lame mmo game
Nah the point of an MMO is to play as a unit not as a single person. Whats the point of playing online if your not playing with people? Plus making gil is so easy :P. Everything is way cheaper then it used to be. Scorpion hareness for example went down from 4mil to 200,000 in a few months after 4/06 and has held steady for 2 years. I made 2mil from a 5min ENM that I can solo every 3 days with my 75mnk/nin or 75nin/whm. That's only one of the thousands of ways to make money fast in this game.
Its not an ENM, Its a CoP mission, 6.4 part 2 probably the hardest Fight in the game. 5 mammets, Omega then ultima weapon all need defeating in 45 mins, and my group had 43 seconds to spare :)
I wonder why they are trying to bring the old school omega weapon back? I mean the one in FF12 was similar to the one in V as well. I kind liked the Omegas from 6, 8, and X. The concept of a biomechanical weapon of war that is both machine and living monster was really cool in my opinion.
