The first day I played COD was on April 20th 2010. That COD was called World at War, by Treyarch and Activision. I loved the the game, not just because of the graphics, but the sounds and realism too. Then I got Black Ops. Black Ops disappointed me. It just wasn't the same as W@W with the realism and graphics. Don't get me wrong, Black Ops is a great game, but it just wasn't what I expected. And not to long ago my friend told me that, eventually, COD was gonna die out :(. Unless W@W2 was next :)

@RiptorSLO No, it's CoD 4. Don't get me wrong, I have and still actively play Call of Duty 2 and it's a great game. It's just that CoD 4 was/is very rewarding to those good players, along with the additions of perks, attachments, and mod support (For PC). CoD 1 is good, but it just doesn't have the feel that most modern day Call of Duty players are looking for, not to mention that CoD 1 is getting harder to get.

The Modern Warfare series doesn't need to change. Why fix what isn't broken. IW made the mistake of making MW2 a "n00b" friendly game, but overall the series is superb. The subtle changes that Activision and IW make between Modern Warfare games aren't drastic, but they are enough to add a slightly different feel to the games. Lastly, stop complaining so much about how these games "suck" because you all end up playing them anyway..
