Manny's best weight division is in the 140-147 range. I believe this is where he is the strongest. He does not have to lose weight to make the fight a s he did for the lower weight classes, specifically the first fight with Morales where he was weight drained.  The Mayweather camp realizes this and thus the excuse of steroid surfaced as a way out of fighting the P4P king. Mosley is a better fight for Manny, IMHO.
