The worst bit about Beat and Gum turning up in outside titles like Sega Racing and Sega Tennis is it's pretty much Sega going "Yeah, we still own the rights to these characters. And we know you want to see them. BUT ENJOY YOUR SONIC FOUR, SUCKAS!"

Last July, my buddy and I were playing Sega Superstars Tennis and I mentioned how kickass Jet Grind/Set Radio was, so he asked me to take my Dreamcast over to his place.

We were up until 5 A.M. playing the game. By the end of the summer, we got well over halfway through, playing it on weekend binge sessions every week or so. Great times.

i actually did play this along SEGA GT 2002 on an xbox 2 disc special thing both games really good in my opinion.

I remember my friend got a brand new XBOX which included Sega GT 2002 and Jet Set Radio Future. At first, we couldn't give a shit about the rollerblading game because, well, we just prefered the racing simulator instead. Overtime we eventually grew bored of the game and decided to give Jet Set Radio Future a try. All I can say is that we were hooked instantly. We didn't even bother completing Sega GT after that. I was so bummed by the fact that I had a PS2 because I bloody LOVED this game.

Could you suggest anywhere good to get Jet Set Radio Future cheap? My copy went walkabouts years ago (it was one that came in a slip with the Xbox when it came out). I just can't seem to find a cheap copy anywhere, and it's one of my favourite games. Ever. The original is bloody brilliant, too. Fantastic soundtrack.

I had this for the Dreamcast back in the day. I really enjoyed it and thought it was a fun underrated game. The cell shaded game was quite different from what was around at the time. I would love to see this on the current systems. Might be fun on Kinnect.

Not only could you play as the dog, but you could use JPG images on the internet as your graffiti tags, it took up loads of memory card space, but it was a pretty unique feature on a console game back in 2000, or even now I guess

A WiiU JSR would be nice to see: Design and Draw your tags with the touch screen, play the game with remote motion controls or traditional dreamcast way.

I remember when this came out, a lot of parents saw this as controversial, saying it influenced kids to join gangs. I think that aspect helped to hold sega back from doing too much with the series for so many years. (And that topic kept parents from buying it as much as they could at the time. It was controversial in both US and Japan)
