Che is justice ... Che is righteousness ... Che is liberty ... Che is equality ... Che is fearlessness ... Che is rebellion ... Che is truth.
Che is everything noble in the human spirit. An eternal flame that burns in the hearts of millions - that flame can never be extinguished. If a heaven didn't exist before Oct 9 1967, then one would have had to be created = solely for Che Guevara.
As a socialist I can tell you that all the t-shirts I wear do not display any iconography, slogans or logos. I don't want to be a fucking walking billboard. Nike and Hilfiger should be paying me to wear their fucking shit.
this song isn't trying to vilify Guevara what its doing is making fun of people who wear him on a t-shirt without knowing about his ideologies and stuff
No, Che killed all the gays in Cuba. Che was Castro's butcher. Why do you morons here think that everyone fled Cuba in such great numbers? Of course he died a hunted man. He was a mass-murderer. Uh, gee, like Ghadafi. He was a horrible person. People who glorify him should read a little history. What morons the people who glorify him are.
@MrBloograss - your racial quotes are taken completely out of context. They were made before Che had developed any of his revolutionary ideas. He praised people such as Nelson Mandela, Stokely Carmichael, Malcolm X, and Paul Robeson.
I long for the day i finally meet one of these Che Guevara T-Shirt Wearers. Preferably in a dark alley so i can pull out my emergency communist beating hammer and go to work.
@mick India is a heavily controlled and regulated socialist state. The poverty there is not caused by Capitalism but by a lack thereof. Also, don't forget of India's caste system that limits freedom more effectivly than any alpahbet soup beurocracy.
Your errors are 2 fold you confuse economic and political power. And you bemoan a "corporation's" economic power while asking for the unlimited political power to use violence against your opponents. Have you ever wondered why you have to resort to violence? It's because your weak arguments lack the force of reason.

Hahaha, epic lyrics. At this point the meaning of the image is mute, it's what you make it. However, unless you are a believer in violent, anti-imperialist revolution followed by the instalation of a totalitarian, dogmatic Marxist government, you'll just look like a tit wearing it. Or worse getting a tattoo.
i do not wear Che products for Che. if you buy Che products that's supporting what Che fought against. so if you really like Che Guevara don't wear his face unless you know his real meaning.
yesterday FED confirm printing another 600 billion USD... Viva la capitalism where USA just printing USD, importing consuming all earth sources, outsorcing dirty work to poors etc... you are lunatic who don't see this...
@anarchore In capitalism, there are no classes. Your prosperty is limitied by your skills and ambitions, nothing else. It is communism and every other varriant of collectivism that has left the pox marks of unending wars and famin on the body of human history.
@appraiserjv1 you try telling a kid in an indian slum that he can go as far as he wants, im sure its his lack of ambition and noot the crippling burden of poverty brought about by a corrupt capatalist agenda thats keeping him from growing up to be a millionaire

@regusted As a fellow Irish man I "reown" him because he was a man who loved freedom and was a fair socialist and all these rumours of him murdering people are not true. He stood up for what he believed in and if you want to know about him then study his life for six years like I did. Don't watch a ten minute video on the Internet and store it as factual and usefull knowledge because a lot of it is bullshit.
@chevolution1991 rumors? He oversaw the execution of his and Castro's political opponents. He called himself a soldier admitting that he chose warfare over medicine. Maybe you guys don't learn that in Ireland?
@labonneruerouge He also stayed till the end in Bolivia, he refused to escape, even though all hope was lost. He fought against a right-wing military dictatorship, that the C.I.A. supported. They was 20-50 men, fighting against secret agency of America, and the bolivian army. Yeah, you heard right, U.S. supports military dictatorships, just as long as they're far-right-wing. Who do you think trained Al-Qaeda and Taleban? And supported them financially? Maybe you guys don't learn that in U.S.?
@ILUM69 He fought against a right-wing military dictatorship in the hopes of creating a totalitarian left-wing government, how is that in any way better?
And everyone in America knows the US trained terrorists and supported corrupt regimes but you're a complete idiot if you think opposing one corrupt government makes you a hero- Hitler hated Stalin and they were both terrible, murderous leaders.
@labonneruerouge He did not fight for a totalitarian government, as of for left-wing, it is AlWAYS better than Right-Wing :). And yeah, we all hate Stalin and Hitler, SO DID CHE GUEVARA... But uhm... where exactly did you even want to go with that comment? It was seriously so stupid and irelevant, that I had doubts wether or not I should even answer it...
@ILUM69 That's the point you idiot, no matter what side of the political spectrum, oppression is oppression. Whether it's coming from the right or the left- from the US or Castro.
And if you are honestly stupid enough to believe che wasn't a totalitarianist then we should stop this conversation and wait for you to pick up a goddamn book.
@labonneruerouge Your right! I should read a book about it! I bet I can find something about Che discrimination in Capitalism and Freedom, I bet someone like you have read that?

@Pie320 Then you're an asshole bent on destroying freedom. You fall in the category of most worthless and least desirable to have as a fellow citizen.
People who wear Che Guevara knew he was an argentine that was transformed to be a marxist after seeing suffering in latin america so he needed to kill the idiot bautistas who I believe deserved to die after he met Fidel in Mexico. He continued killing capitalist fools until they finally caught up with him in Bolivia. All the people he killed deserved to die. I hate this "clap" band, I do believe people who wear the shirt know this information.
@CommieThreat Tell me why did they deserved to die? Explain to me! Do you even Know what Capatlism is? Che is the one is is scum he is the one who deseved to die, I just wish it would have ben a much more painful death.
@nero8289 Capitalism is giving the stupid bougieouse too much power, them and their children and their grandparents deserve death and I am glad it was brought upon them by Fidel Castro in Cuba, and Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam.
All business owners today in the US are signs of this deserving death.
@CommieThreat So, You do not understand capitalism yet you hate it. When are you cock sucking commie pussys going to grow up? You are the scum bag you are the ones who want power over people. You are the ones that want to force your belives on others. Learn what Capitalism is ,or just keep your mouth shut.
@nero8289 I understand it just fine, I'm so glad I left the US, there I was paying tens of thousands a year to survive while little kids who grew up with bougieouse parents did nothing and didn't have to do anything well into adulthood because of their trust funds.
Now that I live in latinamerica, though the revolution is not complete, I pay only $2000 a year for everything and I live ten times better.
@CommieThreat So companies that have no power to hurt or kill anyone have too much power. Yet you advocate to have the power to kill them and that's not too much power? Seems you've fallen into quite a contradiction.
@CommieThreat So companies that have no power to hurt or kill anyone have too much power. Yet you advocate to have the power to kill them and that's not too much power? Seems you've fallen into quite a contradiction.
Che had high standards for other people but he did also live up to his own high standards. He was not a hypocrite like the American revolutionaries who called themselved freedom fighters at the same time they owned slaves.
This "hero" of the left earned the nickname, "the Butcher of La Cabana" because he was so brutal in his killings. Most people have no idea. Johnny Depp wears him around his neck. What a whack-job!
Here's my stance on Che, as somebody who does, indeed, know what he did: It's okay to wear an image of Che on your tee-shirt UNDER THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS:
You buy a tee-shirt from a company that doesn't exploit workers (preferably, just steal one of whatever brand you like) and use the traditional stencil method. If you buy one of those fucking pre-made ones from Hot Topic or whatever, even if you know much about him, then you'll be rightfully classified as someone who does not.
Che killed anyone who got in the way of the greater good. He was an amazing person because he was so modest and fought for a cause that was greater then any number of people he killed
For those who dote on this man, who think he was an extraordinary "human" being, you mock the concept. Che is a subhuman. A symbol of what is destroying our humanity- of the use of force, and emotional whim, over the use of man's mind. Ask those who swim through shark-infested waters to escape the product of his mindless slaughter. Ask them what they think of your hero.
The principle that man must either enslave others or be enslaved is idiotic- the proper human interaction is mutual trade for mutual benefit- it's economic justice. It's called capitalism. If you think having to pay for clothes, or food, or whatever you want is equivalent to being "enslaved" then you deserve communism and its horrors. No man is your slave. A man trades, and desires a society that holds as sacred every individuals' rights. He desire freedom to live, not freedom from living.
Che Guevara T-shirt wearers know EXACTLY who he was. That's the ONLY reason they wear the shirt! Every Che t-shirt wearer thinks every OTHER Che t-shirt wearer doesn't know who he is. The Clap's song is a "Che t-shirt", their "cool" way of letting you know that THEY know who Che is and you don't. (even though they pronounced his name wrong).
I remember back in the punk days whenever we saw other punks that we didn't know, we called them "posers', they weren't as "hardcore" as we were!
Ronald Reagan's right-wing Contra Death squads slaughtered 70,000 in El Salvador, 100,000 in Guatemala, and 30,000 in Nicaragua. Yet teabagging morons worship the diaper wearing war criminal.
I hasten to remind people that another group of revolutionaries engaged in chattel slavery, they bought and sold other men. They also perpetrated ethnocide and were responsible for massacres of other people on their own land. We call them U.$. Presidents, and instead of t-shirts, their faces are on dollar bills.
Stats are kind of vague. For instance, does the Soviet Union death tolls count the numbers lost in it's war against Germany or in the many millions lost to famine? The only thing you've really accomplished is showing everybody how you see half the picture and ignore everything else.
Now that you've looked at half the picture, tell me how many people died in Operation Condor, which the U.S. helped coordinate and gave it's blessings? How many people have died in the Scramble for Africa or by slaving in mines and latifundios for foreign monopolies throughout Latin America or Asia? How many people were nuked to death? How many slaves died on American and European plantations? How many people died with American expansionism?
You are NOT an American. You are sniveling , mindless turncoat who has no regard for the sacrifices that real Americans have endured to ensure you're freedoms. America is not perfect, wow what revelation. If you dislike it so immensly then move to Cuba and suck on the current dictators knee caps. You make me sick. I bet you wear you're Che shirt all around town so people can see you in it and think "gee what a renegade," when what they actually think is "what a mindless Twat."
lol if che shirt wearers where a race this would be race biased sterotipism i wear a che shirt i know what he did i hope you relize your wrong saying thats like saying "all africian people love watermelon"witch is wrong none of my black friend like watermelon

I am American too, not too proud of it though i know our history there is not much to be proud of, you must be one of those sheep who watch fox news and believe every word good bye sheep
Funny how you speak of oppression without mentioning the invasion and rape of Latin America or the Scramble for Africa and all the million and millions of indigenous peoples who were enslaved or outright massacred because of greedy foreign countries looking for more resources and more markets. You fail to mention all the dictatorships put in place by your own country, like those of Castillo Armas, Jorge Videla, or Augusto Pinochet.
And telling people how dumb they are doesn't make you smarter
I understand that America is not perfect, far from it.What irritates me is when idiots like you can't seem to understand or admit that Che was a mass murdering, sociopath who once stated: "Crazy with fury I will stain my rifle red while slaughtering any enemy that falls in my hands! My nostrils dilate while savoring the acrid odor of gunpowder and blood. With the deaths of my enemies I prepare my being for the sacred fight and join the triumphant proletariat with a bestial howl!"He was no hero.
Some close to him have even said that that line in paticular was not his, but besides the point, you condemn a person who kills for his beliefs while also going of to fight in your own little wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. So as long as you are the one who decided things it's alright? A person who hates on homosexuals lecturing us about morality?
.If it wasn't his line then why did he utter to so many people? He bares the responsibility for it by taking it upon himself to articulate such a ghoulish, warped perspective (so don't say it's besides the the point). You have proven my point. I did not join the miltary to kill, I joined to serve my country, I hate war and disagree with our war in Iraq. Oh and by the way, I don't hate homosexuals I simply don't think homosexuality is right-big difference. Che on the other hand despised gays.
hatred as an element of struggle; unbending hatred for the enemy, which pushes a human being beyond his natural limitations, making him an effective, violent, selective, and cold-blooded killing machine. -CHE
It's hilarious that you use my disagreement with gay lifestyle in a argument about the Communist Che. Che had thousands of homosexuals jailed and murdered becuase he deemed them "outcasts." The similarities between Che's crew of murderers and the Nazi's is stark and you are dreaming.
You are talking about the Military Units to Aid Production program started in 1965, and Che had already renounced his Cuban citizenship by then and was fighting in the Congo and Bolivia. They were intended for those unfit for military service, and gays may have been singled out more than most but there is no evidence that they were targeted or rounded up and murdered.
What is right-big difference? Do you let gays have equal rights and the right to be themselves?
You can't just revise Che in the image you wish, there are far to many historical facts that wipe away the stoic pop culture vision of Che Guevara. The man murdered thousands of people without trial, persecuted artists, homosexuals and actually favored world war III becuase he felt a better world would rise from the ashes, ashes made up of Billions of dead human beings. Face it, the guy was a villain who believed the ends justified the means, Just like Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pott. Fuck him.
Or the image you wish? He lived his life seeing firsthand how the peasants were exploited in his journeys throughout Latin America, how they were fed and paid nothing to slave all day for wealthy foreign businessmen, watched personally as the U.S. led a CIA-backed overthrow of Jacobo Arbenz in Guatemala, and realized they would do everything possible to protect their overseas monopolies and investments with the welfare and well-being of the native peoples a distant second.
That doesn't excuse mass murder, oppression, stalinist dictatorship or the idiocy behind buying a Che shirt in america while you are eating at Mcdonalds and watching MTV. Che hated America, he hated all capitalist standards including t-shirt fashion. There is no point in talking to you, you worship che, those of us who dabble in reality will continue to laugh at you're so called peoples champion for the no good pinko savage that he was, is and always will be.
Knowing how to look at everything unbiased is far from worship. It means learning the art of seeing things from both sides and being able to check my emotions. If you want me to be critical of I him I can do that too.
Che hated American exploitation which continues to this day. Many Latin Americans cannot feed themselves or get proper healthcare due to a system which is backwards from centuries of foreign monopolies that care more for profits than for the native peoples.
You seem to either don't know or don't care about the dictatorships the U.S. has put in place to keep their foreign capital secure, like Castillo Armas, Augusto Pinochet, or Jorge Videla. The Monroe Doctrine which they created to give them the right to intervene militarily at any time. The oil or banking companies that have monopolistic control down there and keep these countries in debt through loans that have been building up for years. Reality is both sides, not one.
April 27, 1953, President Dwight D. Eisenhower signs Executive Order 10450, which mandated the firing of all federal employees who were determined to be guilty of "sexual perversion". Over the next two decades, thousands of gays and lesbians would lose their jobs and be persecuted because of their sexual orientation.
We are not talking about the United states, what part of that don't you understand? This is about Che, what he did, who he was and the fact that people like you want to crown him as a great man of his times. But the truth does not support the legend. Che believed that the end justified the means, he idolized Mao, the greatest mass murderer who ever lived. Why does a scumbag like Hitler get the bad treatment while pukes like Che get the glory, it makes no sense.
The United States does the same exact thing that Che and Fidel have done. They fight wars, persecuted gays, exploited peoples, set up dictatorships, etc. You also are putting words in my mouth. I don't put anyone on a pedestal. You don't understand that the truth is not told from one side. You only see what you want to see and ignore everything else, kind of like how you ignore your own countries mistakes.
You're such an imbecile. How do I ignore my countries mistakes?I am a Ron Paul supporter, he has made headlines pointing out how badly the United states deals in world policy.I hate globalization, imperialism and world police, so don't put words in MY mouth. This video is about Che, a man who sent at least 1200 people to the firing squad after trials that even the New York times called "sickening charades." Why then is hitler a villain a Che a hero? Answer the question without mentioning the U.S.
Telling me how dumb I am does not make you any smarter so enough of the high school talk.
I don't consider Che a hero and think people who love blindly are just as biased as those who hate blindly. Secondly the New York Times' opinion is not any more important than yours or mine. I think the firing squads were a mistake but that does not write off an entire person's life. A person is judged by everything considered and means something different to everyone, not just through your eyes.
What i am trying to point out is that even an uber liberal shit rag like New York Times could not evade it's eyes from such an overt massacre. So i guess we can excuse hitler's crimes against humanity as well right? I mean Hitler felt he was doing the right thing, so the the holocuast need not besmirch his life according to you're perspective. Che should be one thing to all people : A murderer.Realize it.
What did Che do that was good? He created a Stalinist dictatorship that people flee from in boats that are not sea worthy? I don't care what he witnessed, it's how he put his views into practice that bothers me. It's how kids in the US celebrate this man despite knowing nothing about his brutality. It's sickening and a perfect example of how gullable we have become as consumers and sensationalists. That is what this video is talking about.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
And they know nothing about the brutality of their own country protecting it's foreign interests with oppressive dictatorships and military coups, reducing the people to cheap overseas labor for wealthy neo-colonialists who reap the benefits with no concern for the native people of Latin America or Africa or Asia. But I guess it's not about America is it? Where is the objectivity when I can't mention your own country? They are as much to blame for oppression in this world as anyone.
But again (for the cheap seats) we are not talking about America. It never ceases to amaze me how every single time you talk about Che's atrocitties with someone online they end up talking about the United States.Lets assume for argument everything you are saying is true, it doesn't change what HE did. And this video (the one above) is about Che and the sheepish goons who rock his t-shirt becuase they preffer to live in ignorance with regard to the man behind the shirt design. Is that clear yet?
Okay here's my final thoughts. Everybody is affected by a person in different ways. For those that suffered because of Che's actions, they will hate everything about him, and for those that knew him personally or were affected by his actions in a positive way, they will love him, and they are all right. A person is not one-sided. Jesus, Hitler, Gandhi, Mussolini were all loved AND hated. If someone wants to wear a shirt without doing research that is their deal. The ones that hate do the same.
Sorry Frog wrong again.Men of integrity and principle despise mass murders, always have always will. Men with some regard for history, despise communism and totalitarianism as a whole.Putting Jesus Christ in the same category as Adolf hitler is proof poistive that you are misguided to the point of idiocy. Here is my final thought:Che was a sociopath, a man who loved to kill and wanted to see many die in the name of communism, may he bark in hell like a skinned dog submerged in lemon juice forever.
A person who is ready to punch someone for disrespect, denies gays the same rights as everyone else under a country that proclaims all men as equals, hates consumerist fashion dorks, Islam, and cannot do enough research to, if not agree, at least be able to put themselves in the other person's shoes to understand where they are coming from is not someone to go to for integrity and principle.
Oh sorry I didn't realize you were a faggot, muslim, and that you allowed you're family and friends to be publicly insulted. I deny gays marriage which is bewteen one man and one women, besides that I deny them nothing. Che on the other hand denied them their freedom and in some cases their very life. Any cursory study of the Koran bares the fact that to live peacfully as a muslim is to contradict the origins of your faith or have you forgotten that Muhammad had 6-900 people beheaded in Medina?
Christians are hardly innocent and have persecuted and killed as well throughout their long history. There are plenty of Muslim people that live peaceably and as someone who believes in religion I don't see how you cannot respect the same of others.
And why does it matter what two people do in their spare time, including wanting to get married? The world is almost 7 billion and growing so reproduction is not an issue.
When you talk about Christian atrocities you are talking about the Catholic church and I say that the papacy has nothing to do with Christs doctrine. If a Christain follows the teachings of Jesus he will never murder anyone, if a Muslim beheads in the name of Allah he gaurantees himself (according to the suras) heavenly paradise. See the difference? So again, a peace loving muslim violates the Koran, a peace loving Christian obeys Christ. Now back to Che the mass murderer. He sure did suck.
That argument is fucking stupid. There's a lot of pacifism in the Qu'ran and lots of Muslims who interpret the Qu'ran in different ways. It's the same with the bible. The old testament says you should murder adulterers, disobedient children, people who collect sticks (or do anything besides resting and going to church practically) on the sabbath, those who kill others, gay people, etc etc etc...
You prrove my point when you write, so thank you. First off, there is no guarantee of heavenly paradise for Muslims outside of Jihad and martyrdom, none what so ever. Second, that's correct it is interpreted differently by different people, but those who practice pacifist Islam defy what the Koran says, that's not an opinion, it's a fact. Yes the old testament is rife with wrath,we all know that, hence Christ came to remove that cup of wrath, that was in fact his true purpose. Muhammad-not so much.
If Jesus removed that "cup of wrath" like you say, shouldn't Christians ignore the teachings of the old testament? I've never met any that do. There are plenty of christians that object to homosexuality or working on the sabbath, but who plant different crops in the same field and who eat crustatians. My point was, there are both violent and non violet muslims and christians. I don't think there is a significant difference and I don't think it's relevant to this.
How does removing the cup of wrath, eliminate the old testament exactly? That's one of the worst interpretations of the bible I have heard. The morals that God brought to his people in the old testament never changed, what changed was that God saw those who accept Christ and reject sin as sinless and perfect. This does not entitle Gods people or Christians to defy for example the ten commandments. Non violent muslims violate their scripture, non violent Christians obey their scripture, its simple.
You tell me one place in life of Jeus were he commands his followers to kill for God the father or him self. It doesn't exist, instead Christ says forgive your enemy and treat the infidel, be he jew or gentile as you would have him treat you. Muhammad on the other hand made an example to his followers by personally decapitating 900 innocent people. How in any realm where truth and logic are valued can you compare the two?Muhammad was war lord and mass murderer.
That is not a command to kill. It is a prophecy about the coming storm that will come for those who follow the faith of Christ Jesus. House holds will be divided and blood spilled not by command, but by societies innability to accept Christianity. This is most true within the family, where generations of Jews were not prepared for the Messiah, even though he was in their presence. This is a bad example killlies. But nice try though.
I think the whole islam/christianity thing is dumb. Same shit different smell. They believe in the same god, lots of the same beliefs, but just have different ideas about certain things. Christians believe Jesus was a prophet and the son of god and all that shit and don't acknowledge Muhammad, Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet (along with all the other ones Christians believe in) but believe Muhammad was a more recent prophet. They all think they're decedents of Abraham. Who cares anyway
If your primary argument is in the end-who cares anyway, then please shut the fuck up and stop commenting.I hate people who love to lump very different ideologies together under the guise of "who cares."If you want to have a discussion have it,don't act smug, becuase to be honest I can tell from your comments that you know very little about the subject at hand. The very idea that Christ is not the messiah in Islam is a HUGE difference since Christs diviinity is the cornerstaone of Christianity.
I just said who cares because I don't think arguing over which religion is more violent is really relevant to this video and the main discussion relating to it. I know jesus being a messiah is a huge difference, I wasn't trying to say the religions were the same, only that they have a lot of similar teachings.
If you want to get back to original subject of this video fine, Che was a mass murdering piece of scum, communist, Stalinist, blood thirsty, evil, pile of shit. End of conversation.
Christians believe Allah is the devil who decieved Muhammad in that cave. Islam believes Christ was a prophet though if he was only a profit then him calling him self the messiah would make him technically insane. You can't have it both ways no matter how many PC wind bags tell you different. The teachings of Islam are only similar because they are a rip off. Who came first? Jesus by 500 years, so Muhammads teaching similarities are really more accurately described as plagirisms.Wrong again toom
good. there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. People who have a prob need to get there rightwing brains checked. oh wait, they don't have brains....
Yah we're the dumb ones right, but I think it's you who wear a t-shirt portraying a mass murderer who idolized Stalin, Mao and Poll Pott. I think it's you who purchases a t-shirt from the capitalist market that Che hated. Who is dumb now skippy?
i remember a few months ago i used to be the only one who u would see in a che tshirt in my town now u get little retards who dont know who he is but wear his image
i have the same problem with ramones tshirt wairers, i've been a ramones fanatic for 5 years, have all the albums and play loads of their songs on bass and know every member's life story, now it's "in" to wair ramones tshirts. a chick in my school wairs one, but doesn't know the name of a sinle song or album.
i have a lot of respect for che guevara and people should inform themselves before they wair a tshirt
HAHAHA its hilarious how a fucking T-shirt pisses you guys off so much. And lol Che a "mass murderer" what a load off bullshit all the man did was liberate Cuba from american imperialism, and gave the poor peasants in Cuba hospitals and schools and spread equality in latin america. The only people he executed where traitors who helped Batista. You might disagree with me bet hey its your right, but I personally like Che and i believe in what he fought for so im gonna wear a T-shirt of him.
Holy #$%^ ive been saying this all year bc for some reason kids at my school think its cool to wear che shirts one kid thought he was Zack Dela Rocha.........
FANTASTIC! I can't stand those stupid bastards. One time while in undergrad, I was ranting about how much it pisses me off, not realizing that a guy I was friendly with was wearing one under his coat... His excuse was "I like revolutionaries". Totally had no clue that he was a mass murderer.
LOL? no che was a leader of the cuban revolution and started many phrases you might have heard such as:VIVA LA REVOLUTION and HOMELAND OR DEATH not a vietnamese...che is a hero he led the cuban rebals to freendom and he is vary intellgent he wrote many books about his philoshiy...CHE is ftw
did you miss out on the bit about all the people he killed for disagreeing (but not even fighting with his cause) and when he ran a prison he had 500 people executed a month, also, the man he brought into power purposely sent him to his death
The Murderers are in MIAMI - TERRORISTS like Luis Posada Carriles ("South America's Bin Laden" who blew up Cubana Flight 455 in 1976), Orlando Bosch (his partner in crime), Felix Rodriguez (point man for Oliver North in Iran/Contra, trained central American death squads, ordered execution of Che Guevara), Alpha 66, Brigade 2506, etc -- Go to Versailles restaurant in Miami where these gusano assassins will be sitting at the best table.

I am a Che Guevara beret wearer & I know who he was, he was a communist & a brilliant man, he aided Fidel Castro in over throwing Batista. Che was a selfless man. He was murderd in Bolivia because the CIA were wetting themselves becuase he terrified them. He stood up to America & that is why I wear the hat he wore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He also butchered countless cubans with his firing squad at the prison castro let him run, la cabana. this is where he earned the nickname "carnicero de la cabana" which in english translates to the butcher of la cabana. he would execute people with no trial. he was a heartless monster. if he's you idol you prob. idolize stalin, lenin, hitler, pol pot, and mao zedong. dumb rich kids like you make me sick. learn about what communism entail's before you go and promote it you retard.

Your first statement about him butchering people is absolute bull*%$# aka: Anti-communist propoganda. As for idolising him, I do not. Personality cults are what brings down a good government. Even if I were to idolise someone why would you consider that I idolised Stalin or Mao (both of whom are disgraces to communism) Lenin was ok (until he gained power) Pol Pot (How stupid do think I am & Hitler, he's not even a communist, he was a facist (the antithisis of Marx). My advice... Read a BOOK!!!!
it was the National Socialist German Workers Party (NAZI) he was socialist but also hated capitalism, but no it wasnt communism. (but hardly dissimilar to communist countries) the only real difference was his extreme belief in the survival of the fittest. same coin, different side. you say che didnt murder anyone, spoken to anyone from cuba? why would ppl that was with him during the revolution leave him and say how he lied and murdered? i've spoken to ppl that have had family members killed...
i agree. don't where the shirt if you don't know the history. if i find one more asshole who thinks hes the singer for rage against the machine, i'm gonna lose my fuckin mind. btw people, there supposed to be a movie about his life coming out starring benicio del torro. perfect casting!
he was sorrounded by bolivian with the help of the CIA was shot 9 times. after that he was cut up in parts.they all knew if he gained more power he would be a mennase. im not here to fight im here to open peoples eyes about him and fuck it anoyes the shit out of me when people ware his shirts and dont even know who da fuck he is or what the star in his beret means. Viva La Revolucion. asta la victoria siempre..
He also butchered countless cubans with his firing squad at the prison castro let him run, la cabana. this is where he earned the nickname "carnicero de la cabana" which in english translates to the butcher of la cabana. he would execute people with no trial. he was a heartless monster. if he's you idol you prob. idolize stalin, lenin, hitler, pol pot, and mao zedong. dumb rich kids like you make me sick. learn about what communism entail's before you go and promote it you retard.
che had very many good intensions in his revolution first of all.He was the head of 3 banks came from one of the wealthiest families in spain, poland, and south america had a major degree in dermatology. he gave it all up because he thought helping others and following his beliefs was the right thing.he helped many indigenous people that were not getting the same medical rights asa wealthy one would of. and most of them were the us "responsability".gave everything up but his motorcycle anda spare

mm che looked upon some of these fathers of america. as well as emilianozapata and franciscovilla.i mean its not the fact he killed so many people it was his intension his beliefs.. thats what counts like hitler right he killed over 6 million jews and and russian ex dictator stalin killed 2x's hitler's but its not the intention its the cause of fightin for his beliefs

He praised people such as Nelson Mandela, Stokely Carmichael, Malcolm X, and Paul Robeson.

interesting, personally i like Che, but if i lived in the 60's id be the first to kill him but i still like him, as for the song:
I know who he is and i know what he did (killed 150-200 innocent people)
i AM interested in politics
i have 4 cuban friends
i discovered him when i was 21
i hate rage against the machine and i know they cut off his hands and they never found them
Im in the US army im patriotic as fuck who cares if people like CHE!

Your errors are 2 fold you confuse economic and political power. And you bemoan a "corporation's" economic power while asking for the unlimited political power to use violence against your opponents. Have you ever wondered why you have to resort to violence? It's because your weak arguments lack the force of reason.

Ask them what they think of your hero.
lucentenor 1 year ago 2
The principle that man must either enslave others or be enslaved is idiotic- the proper human interaction is mutual trade for mutual benefit- it's economic justice. It's called capitalism. If you think having to pay for clothes, or food, or whatever you want is equivalent to being "enslaved" then you deserve communism and its horrors. No man is your slave. A man trades, and desires a society that holds as sacred every individuals' rights. He desire freedom to live, not freedom from living.
lucentenor 1 year ago 3
Che Guevara T-shirt wearers know EXACTLY who he was. That's the ONLY reason they wear the shirt! Every Che t-shirt wearer thinks every OTHER Che t-shirt wearer doesn't know who he is. The Clap's song is a "Che t-shirt", their "cool" way of letting you know that THEY know who Che is and you don't. (even though they pronounced his name wrong).
I remember back in the punk days whenever we saw other punks that we didn't know, we called them "posers', they weren't as "hardcore" as we were!
fopp333 1 year ago
Che was so fucking HOT! He was hands down the sexiest man who ever lived, I can't take my eyes off of him. His wives were lucky women.
Plus, an extraordinary human being, regardless of whether or not you agree with his ideology, you have to give it up for his talent and tenacity.
Jean-Paul Sartre called him a "perfect" man. Once again, as debatable as that sentiment is, there are very few men that have been called that.

Stats are kind of vague. For instance, does the Soviet Union death tolls count the numbers lost in it's war against Germany or in the many millions lost to famine? The only thing you've really accomplished is showing everybody how you see half the picture and ignore everything else.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
Now that you've looked at half the picture, tell me how many people died in Operation Condor, which the U.S. helped coordinate and gave it's blessings? How many people have died in the Scramble for Africa or by slaving in mines and latifundios for foreign monopolies throughout Latin America or Asia? How many people were nuked to death? How many slaves died on American and European plantations? How many people died with American expansionism?

You fail to mention all the dictatorships put in place by your own country, like those of Castillo Armas, Jorge Videla, or Augusto Pinochet.
And telling people how dumb they are doesn't make you smarter
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
I understand that America is not perfect, far from it.What irritates me is when idiots like you can't seem to understand or admit that Che was a mass murdering, sociopath who once stated: "Crazy with fury I will stain my rifle red while slaughtering any enemy that falls in my hands! My nostrils dilate while savoring the acrid odor of gunpowder and blood. With the deaths of my enemies I prepare my being for the sacred fight and join the triumphant proletariat with a bestial howl!"He was no hero.
pablocoon 2 years ago
Some close to him have even said that that line in paticular was not his, but besides the point, you condemn a person who kills for his beliefs while also going of to fight in your own little wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. So as long as you are the one who decided things it's alright? A person who hates on homosexuals lecturing us about morality?
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
.If it wasn't his line then why did he utter to so many people? He bares the responsibility for it by taking it upon himself to articulate such a ghoulish, warped perspective (so don't say it's besides the the point). You have proven my point. I did not join the miltary to kill, I joined to serve my country, I hate war and disagree with our war in Iraq. Oh and by the way, I don't hate homosexuals I simply don't think homosexuality is right-big difference. Che on the other hand despised gays.
pablocoon 2 years ago
hatred as an element of struggle; unbending hatred for the enemy, which pushes a human being beyond his natural limitations, making him an effective, violent, selective, and cold-blooded killing machine. -CHE
It's hilarious that you use my disagreement with gay lifestyle in a argument about the Communist Che. Che had thousands of homosexuals jailed and murdered becuase he deemed them "outcasts." The similarities between Che's crew of murderers and the Nazi's is stark and you are dreaming.
pablocoon 2 years ago
You are talking about the Military Units to Aid Production program started in 1965, and Che had already renounced his Cuban citizenship by then and was fighting in the Congo and Bolivia. They were intended for those unfit for military service, and gays may have been singled out more than most but there is no evidence that they were targeted or rounded up and murdered.
What is right-big difference? Do you let gays have equal rights and the right to be themselves?
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
You can't just revise Che in the image you wish, there are far to many historical facts that wipe away the stoic pop culture vision of Che Guevara. The man murdered thousands of people without trial, persecuted artists, homosexuals and actually favored world war III becuase he felt a better world would rise from the ashes, ashes made up of Billions of dead human beings. Face it, the guy was a villain who believed the ends justified the means, Just like Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pott. Fuck him.
pablocoon 2 years ago
Or the image you wish? He lived his life seeing firsthand how the peasants were exploited in his journeys throughout Latin America, how they were fed and paid nothing to slave all day for wealthy foreign businessmen, watched personally as the U.S. led a CIA-backed overthrow of Jacobo Arbenz in Guatemala, and realized they would do everything possible to protect their overseas monopolies and investments with the welfare and well-being of the native peoples a distant second.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
That doesn't excuse mass murder, oppression, stalinist dictatorship or the idiocy behind buying a Che shirt in america while you are eating at Mcdonalds and watching MTV. Che hated America, he hated all capitalist standards including t-shirt fashion. There is no point in talking to you, you worship che, those of us who dabble in reality will continue to laugh at you're so called peoples champion for the no good pinko savage that he was, is and always will be.
pablocoon 2 years ago
Knowing how to look at everything unbiased is far from worship. It means learning the art of seeing things from both sides and being able to check my emotions. If you want me to be critical of I him I can do that too.
Che hated American exploitation which continues to this day. Many Latin Americans cannot feed themselves or get proper healthcare due to a system which is backwards from centuries of foreign monopolies that care more for profits than for the native peoples.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
You seem to either don't know or don't care about the dictatorships the U.S. has put in place to keep their foreign capital secure, like Castillo Armas, Augusto Pinochet, or Jorge Videla. The Monroe Doctrine which they created to give them the right to intervene militarily at any time. The oil or banking companies that have monopolistic control down there and keep these countries in debt through loans that have been building up for years. Reality is both sides, not one.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
April 27, 1953, President Dwight D. Eisenhower signs Executive Order 10450, which mandated the firing of all federal employees who were determined to be guilty of "sexual perversion". Over the next two decades, thousands of gays and lesbians would lose their jobs and be persecuted because of their sexual orientation.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
We are not talking about the United states, what part of that don't you understand? This is about Che, what he did, who he was and the fact that people like you want to crown him as a great man of his times. But the truth does not support the legend. Che believed that the end justified the means, he idolized Mao, the greatest mass murderer who ever lived. Why does a scumbag like Hitler get the bad treatment while pukes like Che get the glory, it makes no sense.
pablocoon 2 years ago
The United States does the same exact thing that Che and Fidel have done. They fight wars, persecuted gays, exploited peoples, set up dictatorships, etc. You also are putting words in my mouth. I don't put anyone on a pedestal. You don't understand that the truth is not told from one side. You only see what you want to see and ignore everything else, kind of like how you ignore your own countries mistakes.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
You're such an imbecile. How do I ignore my countries mistakes?I am a Ron Paul supporter, he has made headlines pointing out how badly the United states deals in world policy.I hate globalization, imperialism and world police, so don't put words in MY mouth. This video is about Che, a man who sent at least 1200 people to the firing squad after trials that even the New York times called "sickening charades." Why then is hitler a villain a Che a hero? Answer the question without mentioning the U.S.
pablocoon 2 years ago
Telling me how dumb I am does not make you any smarter so enough of the high school talk.
I don't consider Che a hero and think people who love blindly are just as biased as those who hate blindly. Secondly the New York Times' opinion is not any more important than yours or mine. I think the firing squads were a mistake but that does not write off an entire person's life. A person is judged by everything considered and means something different to everyone, not just through your eyes.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
What i am trying to point out is that even an uber liberal shit rag like New York Times could not evade it's eyes from such an overt massacre. So i guess we can excuse hitler's crimes against humanity as well right? I mean Hitler felt he was doing the right thing, so the the holocuast need not besmirch his life according to you're perspective. Che should be one thing to all people : A murderer.Realize it.

I don't care what he witnessed, it's how he put his views into practice that bothers me. It's how kids in the US celebrate this man despite knowing nothing about his brutality. It's sickening and a perfect example of how gullable we have become as consumers and sensationalists. That is what this video is talking about.

Frogstomp121 2 years ago
But again (for the cheap seats) we are not talking about America. It never ceases to amaze me how every single time you talk about Che's atrocitties with someone online they end up talking about the United States.Lets assume for argument everything you are saying is true, it doesn't change what HE did. And this video (the one above) is about Che and the sheepish goons who rock his t-shirt becuase they preffer to live in ignorance with regard to the man behind the shirt design. Is that clear yet?
pablocoon 2 years ago
Okay here's my final thoughts. Everybody is affected by a person in different ways. For those that suffered because of Che's actions, they will hate everything about him, and for those that knew him personally or were affected by his actions in a positive way, they will love him, and they are all right. A person is not one-sided. Jesus, Hitler, Gandhi, Mussolini were all loved AND hated. If someone wants to wear a shirt without doing research that is their deal. The ones that hate do the same.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
Sorry Frog wrong again.Men of integrity and principle despise mass murders, always have always will. Men with some regard for history, despise communism and totalitarianism as a whole.Putting Jesus Christ in the same category as Adolf hitler is proof poistive that you are misguided to the point of idiocy. Here is my final thought:Che was a sociopath, a man who loved to kill and wanted to see many die in the name of communism, may he bark in hell like a skinned dog submerged in lemon juice forever.
pablocoon 2 years ago
A person who is ready to punch someone for disrespect, denies gays the same rights as everyone else under a country that proclaims all men as equals, hates consumerist fashion dorks, Islam, and cannot do enough research to, if not agree, at least be able to put themselves in the other person's shoes to understand where they are coming from is not someone to go to for integrity and principle.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
Oh sorry I didn't realize you were a faggot, muslim, and that you allowed you're family and friends to be publicly insulted. I deny gays marriage which is bewteen one man and one women, besides that I deny them nothing. Che on the other hand denied them their freedom and in some cases their very life. Any cursory study of the Koran bares the fact that to live peacfully as a muslim is to contradict the origins of your faith or have you forgotten that Muhammad had 6-900 people beheaded in Medina?
pablocoon 2 years ago
Christians are hardly innocent and have persecuted and killed as well throughout their long history. There are plenty of Muslim people that live peaceably and as someone who believes in religion I don't see how you cannot respect the same of others.
And why does it matter what two people do in their spare time, including wanting to get married? The world is almost 7 billion and growing so reproduction is not an issue.
Frogstomp121 2 years ago
When you talk about Christian atrocities you are talking about the Catholic church and I say that the papacy has nothing to do with Christs doctrine. If a Christain follows the teachings of Jesus he will never murder anyone, if a Muslim beheads in the name of Allah he gaurantees himself (according to the suras) heavenly paradise. See the difference? So again, a peace loving muslim violates the Koran, a peace loving Christian obeys Christ. Now back to Che the mass murderer. He sure did suck.
pablocoon 2 years ago
That argument is fucking stupid. There's a lot of pacifism in the Qu'ran and lots of Muslims who interpret the Qu'ran in different ways. It's the same with the bible. The old testament says you should murder adulterers, disobedient children, people who collect sticks (or do anything besides resting and going to church practically) on the sabbath, those who kill others, gay people, etc etc etc...
tttooommm111222333 2 years ago
You prrove my point when you write, so thank you. First off, there is no guarantee of heavenly paradise for Muslims outside of Jihad and martyrdom, none what so ever. Second, that's correct it is interpreted differently by different people, but those who practice pacifist Islam defy what the Koran says, that's not an opinion, it's a fact. Yes the old testament is rife with wrath,we all know that, hence Christ came to remove that cup of wrath, that was in fact his true purpose. Muhammad-not so much.
pablocoon 2 years ago
If Jesus removed that "cup of wrath" like you say, shouldn't Christians ignore the teachings of the old testament? I've never met any that do. There are plenty of christians that object to homosexuality or working on the sabbath, but who plant different crops in the same field and who eat crustatians. My point was, there are both violent and non violet muslims and christians. I don't think there is a significant difference and I don't think it's relevant to this.
tttooommm111222333 2 years ago
How does removing the cup of wrath, eliminate the old testament exactly? That's one of the worst interpretations of the bible I have heard. The morals that God brought to his people in the old testament never changed, what changed was that God saw those who accept Christ and reject sin as sinless and perfect. This does not entitle Gods people or Christians to defy for example the ten commandments. Non violent muslims violate their scripture, non violent Christians obey their scripture, its simple.
pablocoon 2 years ago

But nice try though.

the holy pirate ship is going to attack you home and the pirates are going to rape your fruit at night for what you have just said !

Who cares anyway
tttooommm111222333 2 years ago
If your primary argument is in the end-who cares anyway, then please shut the fuck up and stop commenting.I hate people who love to lump very different ideologies together under the guise of "who cares."If you want to have a discussion have it,don't act smug, becuase to be honest I can tell from your comments that you know very little about the subject at hand. The very idea that Christ is not the messiah in Islam is a HUGE difference since Christs diviinity is the cornerstaone of Christianity.
pablocoon 2 years ago
I just said who cares because I don't think arguing over which religion is more violent is really relevant to this video and the main discussion relating to it. I know jesus being a messiah is a huge difference, I wasn't trying to say the religions were the same, only that they have a lot of similar teachings.
tttooommm111222333 2 years ago
If you want to get back to original subject of this video fine, Che was a mass murdering piece of scum, communist, Stalinist, blood thirsty, evil, pile of shit. End of conversation.

person 1: hey man, do you know the difference between communism and capitalism ?
informed person: Of course my friend
person 1: the, what is it?
informed person: Well you see, the difference is mainly ideological. They are opposite forces
In capitalism, man is the slave of man
In communsim it's the other way around
ojasb 1 year ago
Christians believe Allah is the devil who decieved Muhammad in that cave. Islam believes Christ was a prophet though if he was only a profit then him calling him self the messiah would make him technically insane. You can't have it both ways no matter how many PC wind bags tell you different. The teachings of Islam are only similar because they are a rip off. Who came first? Jesus by 500 years, so Muhammads teaching similarities are really more accurately described as plagirisms.Wrong again toom

BryanTaerg 2 years ago
it was the National Socialist German Workers Party (NAZI) he was socialist but also hated capitalism, but no it wasnt communism.
