easily my favorite gun in F3. I use it for everything- long range, close range, whatever!

i love nailing fucktard raiders from nearly 300 yards away :D, and that knockdown is fucking godly!

a note: the Gauss rifle scope if not zeroed out, it begins to lean up and to the right of the red dot in the center of the crosshair at extreme distances, keep this in mind when firing it.

Ahh, good ol' Gauss Rifle from Fallout 3, taking only 1 MC charge. The damn one in F:NV takes 5 (except YCS/186, which takes 4). I mean, I got like 3000 MC charges and 262k caps, but still... Why couldn't it take only 1?

THe black woman on Mothership Zeta can repair your guns to 100% every time. I forgot her name but yeah you break out of the room with her at the start so KEEP HER ALIVE BECAUSE OF HER REPAIRING SKILLS.

You talk about Somah. The problem with that bitch is that her repair skill is not always the same (this is a bug of the game) and after completing the Mothership Zeta DLC she leaves and you will not see her again. So any repairs she can do is only during that mission. I have found another solution for repairs at 100% always available through a glitch in Point Lookout. Read the info of this video if you like.

Anchorage is much shorter than The Pitt but I found both good. Each has it's own atmosphere and action. Anchorage is more ''military'' and in the open air, away from Wasteland, slaves, mutants and the stuff. The Pitt has a beautiful dark industrial atmosphere, more time for playing and a more complicated story. It's up to you. My opinion is that there are tons of weapons in the game. Choose the dlc that attracts you more and not simply for obtaining a gun.

im gettin operation achorage and the pitt on a dlc disc and i alredy hav point lookout and broken steel but i think point lookout is hard because the swampfolk hav double barrel shot guns( damage up to 88 or somat) and it killed me one shot

Point Lookout and Broken Steel are for level 20 players. You must be well skilled and equiped otherwise you will not survive.

dde work on your headshot skills :P, you were aiming for their chests rofl xD, on all FPS games I go for their heads.

Even on Oblivion (the game Fallout 3 is based on, made by same company) I get headshots with my bow from like 2x range your shooting at them with the gauss rifle :P, and thats bows and they have a lot of drop, you got to aim like 10 inches above their heads.

reverse pickpocket a workman's coveralls in wolfgang, and everytime you start your game type setessential 00063c07. then he will be able to repair your equipment to 91% and will never die. but if you're playing on 360/ps3, forget about the console command.

btw, your aim sucks. try aiming for the head or using VATS more often, its obvious you can't put the goddamn crosshair straight.

Yes, the same way I lost Crazy Wolfgang who has the highest repairing skill. Crow lost his guard and Brahmin in battle with a Deathclaw and I met my Harith wounded in leg . In the end I killed by accident Doc Hoff when I tried to help him with a Giant Radscorpion. This is Wasteland. Try with Wolfgang if is still in life. He's the best.

Read the info. It uses microfusion shells-the same as plasma rifle. You can buy them or take from dead opponents (specially Enclave soldiers).

You can find him at the stop places of the caravans like Agathas house, Canterbury Commons, Megaton etc. You must try early in the morning between 6-10 am. He has a 45 repair skill. An other option is Winthrop in the Underworld (Museum of History) with 25 repair skill. I have test them only with the Chinese stealth armor and everything was ok. Post a comment if you have success repairing the Gauss with them.

This is not Tesla armor. It's the ordinary Enclave armor. Actually I have all the armors of the game (and two T51-B) but I find this as the most beautiful (but not the best).

You can get a 100% version with a glitch. It involves taking the one you get in the simulation out into the wasteland with you.
