@TheBigdev23 I'd definitely recommend you to get this one. The vypyr is far more versatile and sounds much better both high and low volumes. I've had this one for 2 years, and i think it's one of the best amps in this price. At least it's much better than any line 6 i've tested :)

@MatKiller1197 Well the spider IV have only like 14 seconds of looping, but Vypyr have 30 seconds, on the vypyr you have more inputs, better sound I think, but I never played a vypyr so I can´t tell which it´s better ....

Are these beter than a Marshall MG series? I got the MG250DFX and it kicks my ass, it's weak ass distortion and 0 possibilities to get a different tone.

@Macsk8ing SO much better in every way. Take it from me, someone who's tested a Vypyr FIFTEEN WATT right next to someone else using exactly your amp: an MG250DFX.

Peavy VYPR gain sounds way better than the line 6 gain. You have more options with the vypr too.

I am telling you peavey vypyr 75 is one of the best amp i use it all the time last week i just did a big concert with it a big one with about 1,000 people and i had it on 5(vol) the best!!

@epicfailx66 Get the Peavey. I have it and I've tried the Spider 4, much better for recording line in. The analog distortion helps a lot too.

the clean channel from the vypyr is better . I'ts your choice , i wood choose for the line 6 spider because i'm gonna buy the line 6 spider iv 75 =D , see ya .

@srla2020 Hey men i had a line6 spider IV 120w but was burned because it had a manufacturing defect (check the pedal port if you buy it)

. Later i bought the peavey vypyr 75, I am really satisfied. In conclution the amplifier peavey has a more quality and clarity in the sound for me. The distortion in the spider (if you want to play metal) its not as good as i expected. The peavey has better setup and sound. And the distortion its really acceptable.

Its a good amp. Love it. Just put up a recording I did through the USB interface. NEAT.
