  • Nice job.

  • Im playing this with my Marching Band!

  • WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You should make a video about Dinosaurs Attack! It's a similar trading card series made by the same trading card company (Topps) only it has dinosaurs in it. It's even gorier than Mars Attacks and you should make a videa about it that is just like this.

  • @megomer Thanks for the suggestion, but Dinosaurs Attack! has not inspired me the way that Mars Attacks! did. What I really, really liked about the Martian cards was that they told the story straight, while the Dinosaur story was a deliberate farce. So I'll leave Dinosaurs Attack! to Tim Burton, or the SyFy channel *** You heard the rumor here first, folks!***

  • @robertwmartens Originally, Burton was gonna make a 'Dinosaurs Attack' movie alongside 'Mars Attacks,' but he thought that it was gonna be too similar to 'Jurassic Park.' And that's why he ended up using doing 'Mars' instead of both series.

  • @ShredderzGirl What can I say? Someday, somebody is going to do Dinosaurs Attack! I wouldn't be surprised to hear that it's in "Development Hell" right now.

  • Nice work

  • This has got to be THE BEST presentation of "Mars Attacks!" since their 1962 release! Yes, I include Burton's movie in that statement. Excellent job!

  • i wonder if parents today would approve of this lol, not likely with our declining standerds. i wish people would leave the kids alone! especially those child rapists and those priests in the catholic church.

  • Oh wow! This is by far the best film adaptation of these cards yet. Thanks for making this!

  • @robertwmartens thank you and really finally

can you send that sounds via e-mail??

  • If you do a google search for SOUND EFFECTS you'll find a lot of available material. Better yet, get a Macintosh computer with iMovie - it will have hundreds of sound effects freely available.

  • which program was used???

  • The Tim Burton movie was a parody but it still retained some gruesome imagery. Plus how the aliens said nothing but ack ack ack was funny as hell.

  • Brilliant....You should have been doing the effects for Monty Pythons. I always wondered about parachuting on Mars (no atmosphere) and if Mars blew up...what would be the effects felt on earth - meteorites, gravitation etc...maybe I took it too seriously

  • @veejaythernrdj First time I've been compared to Monty Python - thank you! However, I must say that what took me two months to accomplish probably would have been produced by their animator Terry Gilliam in just one day. Anyway, please subscribe - because I have a new animation coming this August, and it's gonna be a doozy.

  • @robertwmartens hey i use that expression as well, and i know what i mean when i say it but what the hell IS a doozy?

  • @enterthetekken A Doozy, or Doozie, is an extraordinary example of its kind. Derived from the old British slang word Daisy which had a similar meaning.

  • @enterthetekken By the way, the Doozy I referred to is now up and running on my channel. It's title is THIS WAS YOUR LIFE! Please have a look - it's my animation masterpiece!

  • @veejaythernrdj mars has an atmosphere, Dink....lol

  • @ZetaRiticulan yes, but it's only 1% of earths and gravity only 38%, I suggest you hop over to Mars, parachute down and let me know how you get on! loel!

  • @veejaythernrdj 100% true but i was just saying it has an atmosphere i never said you could parachute on mars that easy what soever lol...i wasn't trying to offend you or anything, :[

  • @ZetaRiticulan... too late! I now offer you a Mars Parachute death challenge. All bets are now on

  • @veejaythernrdj Sure let's do that....

I just have one thing to say *i bet batman could do it* there i'm done :)

  • so fun! but I think that in 1962 these cards were terrifying o_O

  • Awesome! The animated sequences were cool!

  • Funny as hell!!!! I wish the cheap rip off movie they made had been true to the set. This was way better.

  • This video is awesome, thanks, I am a collector of the 1962 cards myself, thanks

  • Thats what they derserve but in the movie the ending was different

  • this is disturbing lol

  • lol if you find this disturbing, why dont you see the movie!

  • @remanuelmr I watched the movie lol and it was cool, it had a different feel to it. these have more of a dark feel to it.

  • @Devinfilms6679 and the cards wernet rrrriiiiiggghhhttt

  • @Devinfilms6679 i saw that movie like 53 timeslol!

  • @remanuelmr Mars Attacks is my favorite movie lol!

  • Love it! They are Deliciously Horrific, With all the Timeless Artwork fom the era, Im surprised they where aimed at kids, looks like a veiled nod to communisim,if im not wrong. Tim Burtons film was Silly but Entertaining, would love to see a darker film made with the Styling of the orignal cards!

  • wow, these cards are as deliciously horrifying as I remember them, before my parents took 'em away. Very nice additions and love the Holst. Thanks and Best!

  • Great Stuff!

    Well Done!

  • Very good cards, and very good special effects! Thank you very much for posting this video you produced and for sharing with us this fabulous result.
