NK will react by launching missles to the closest strategic target. Japan. They will then send troops into south korea

The USA, UK, and the rest of the western powers will react by sending their troops into the region to stop NK

China will join the fight and support their ally NORTH KOREA

Global trade would freeze causing economies to crash. Job loss etc would be wide spread all over the world
