  • Nobody beats him in the kitchen.

  • @Crust218 Hahahahaha XD :)

  • loooooooooooooooooooooooooool !@ the 0:40 kick, hilarious... XD

  • looooool LMFAO at 0:54 who the fuck attacks one on the street like this??!

Kids at school hit harder than this, if seagal was so tough like he always show in his movies, then way the hell he backed down when vandamme challenged him to a fight?? If I were seagal I'd stick to playing guitar...

  • looooooooooooooool, such bullshit this sport, and Why the hell seagal always preform it on sissys like the one in the video??

You want to tell me that this sissy sport match MMA??

If you think so then good luck...looool

  • he called him steve seagull haha

  • I wasn't impressed with his selection of sparring partner.

I'm sure the techniques do work; he just needs to have a partner the same size and build. Makes visual more useful.

  • @DancingSpiderman in all fairness, Seagal is a huge freaking guy so it's probably tough to find an Aikido practitioner that's the same size.

  • @mikepw15 Yeah, i gree. Since this was doubt filmed in Hollyweird, Steven ScrewFace Seagal COULD have gone to any of a few hundred karate or tae kwon do or aikido schools in the metro area and recruited quite a few willing equally tall men as his sparring partner. Not too many equally tall Japanese sparring partners, but , maybe he was called on short notice to be on Merv's show, so... woulda coulda... but i gree.

  • Merv called him Steve segle.

  • Aikido: The scripted martial art.

  • So,you are a great ballet dancer because you can tell us is this or isn`t a good ballet?

Do not underestimate anyone or anything, especially if you don`t know anything about it.

  • good balet this is not martil arts

  • I think there is an adrenaline dump to be on a show in front of an audience live. I have been in that situation and not a lot of people could do it I started sweating for nothing. its live if you look past that this was one of the best Aikido demonstrations but you need experience to judge what to look for so I truly dont even no why I,m explaining this.

I just wish Seagal would lose wieght and get back to main stream he was one of a kind in his prime.

  • hes got bad cardio...it dont matter how good u are..when your wind is up so are u

  • segal its tired in this video dont have condition

  • thats still good come on

  • solpapisolmook is quite the moron. He probably beat up a few kids or untrained "martial artists" and thinks he is hot shit. Seagal would whoop his ass. Aikido has MANY effective moves in it, is it the perfect combative art? no, but Seagal even admits this and trains in various forms. Aikido is his main weapon. But anyone with training in Aikido, Boxing, Krav (like myself) is an effective fighter. I have cancer and am very weak right now and was still able to disarm and take down two large men.

  • @hoboboxerjoe Every art has its strengths and drawbacks. Aikido, kenpo, winchung, etc. Thats why its always good to look outside your training and see what you need to work on, for your self individually. Aikido is an efffectie art, but its not perfect. No art is.

  • @hoboboxerjoe

Oh he is a moron and a punk ass troll along with kornbr3ad1.

  • And that wasnt even a conflict.Steven was in exelent shape back then and of course Van dam was too.Your telling the story like Van dam said. You should hear it from Steven. Its different

  • If this makes you sleep at night ok.You dont have to like aikido or me.But its a fact.Aikido is becoming one of the most popular and efective MAs

  • Oh really? Can you cite your sources/statistics for this statement please? Or are you just talking out of your ass?

  • Thats the Steven Seagals part of the story. He said that he didnt started the fight and he wasnt afraid.Van dam says that Steven started the conflict and Steven was afraid to fight him.VAN dam LIES.

  • No, I'm not listening to Van Damme or to Seagal, you stupid jackass. I'm listening to Stallone. Stallone said in the interview that Seagal ran away. Van Damme didn't talk about it until someone asked him afterwards.

And Seagal was not in excellent shape. This was 1997, when he made Glimmer Man, and his fat ass was so heavy that he was wearing those hilarious black robes to try to hide his belly.

    Shut up. You know nothing.

  • A demonstration of its use in the streets? How exactly? Because he's throwing a 5"2 Oriental guy around with pre-choreographed moves in a staged demonstration?

He talks at one point about his energy keeping the Oriental guy down - not his strength, his energy. You try that shit in the streets and watch how your energy will keep you from getting killed.

Steven Seagal is a fucking fraud and a douchebag. Fuck Steven Seagal.

  • I see that you arent experianced at fighting.Maybe you should start training not talkin what works and what not.Belive me these works it saved my life twice

  • Actually, I do train, and I see you're not experienced at spelling English words.

If this shit actually worked, Steven Seagal would have fought Van Damme at Stallone's party in 1997, instead of running away like a girl.

  • On the street sports like BJJ wont help you.Its the MAs like aikido, ninjitsu and krav maga that help. And of course you have to be experianced fighter in order to destroy your fear

  • @solpapisolmook hey i bet i can beat you because i'm crazy
