2011 has been a great year in Hip Hop, Cunninlynguists, Elzhi, Reks, The Roots, Common, STS, Kendrick Lamar, Torae, Danny Brown, Big K.R.I.T. all released amazing stuff this year.
Kno's production is God like, especially lately on "Death Is Silent" & "Oneirology", I liked every track on both albums, its very rare I can find albums that I wanna play start to finish but Kno dropped 2 of them back to back......... And his new one with Marq Spekt, "Machete Vision" was pretty damn good too, not as complex or unique, but still a really good Hardore album, if you aint heard that yet peep it
@ClementeAnthony3 I definitely agree with you regarding both "Death Is Silent" and "Oneirology". I've liked Kno ever since I got up on Cunninlynguists music, but his work on those two albums cemented him as one of my top 5 favorites. I'm going to have to look into the album you mentioned. I'm down to listen to anything that Kno is a part of.
They need to be more recognized. Honestly. This album was probably the most amazing hip hop album I have ever heard. It also amazes me about how many people don't know who they are...

This is simply a masterpiece and each song gets better with each listen. This is hands down the best track on the album though, hits you out of nowhere and is musically flawless.
These guys albums are so inspiring. I love everything they have put out since I've gotten up on them. This track here is no different. Love the entire song, but I love the line by Natti, "Against all odds and against the grain, sun becomes shelter in the midst of rain" They definitely deserve more recognition than what they get.
@keepern0 you really should check out Thomax . He's from norway and beatmaker, he remixes all the underground classics and gives them a whole new feeling.. for example " jedi mind tricks heavy metal kings "

@keepern0 You might like Zion I. Try "Silly Puddy" or "Soo Tall," two great songs, although they don't have that same rock/guitar background if that's what your looking for. Otherwise, try Atmosphere "guarantees."
Last night they rocked the El Rey theater in Hollywood alongside tonedeff best show I have seen in a long time these guys are the most underrated artists out.
The Pink Floyd of hip hop. True Artists! Too bad the main stream faggots know nothing about what true hip hop is, if they did these guys would be fuckin billionaires.
@Lyrikkalmurda I was disappointed w/ Lupe's album. Sounded outdated and a little too poppy at times, but you cannot blame the guy.. his record label fucked him over. Song's that he wanted on, they got taken out. Songs that he did not want on the album, were put in. Hopefully Atlantic will play fair ball with Lupe and let him create the album that he wants to create.
There isn't a single flaw to this track.... the production is nothing but incredible, and every verse is on point with great lyrics. Oneirology is a CLASSIC

@hoopskidd3 I'm not looking for good undeground music. I've got shit loads. And I never disrespected Eminem. The industry is trying to take him over though. And I think he would be better underground without industry influences.
@mugen1237 if you have shit loads of underground music, you should know the Blue Scholars and i never said you did - the disrespecting em was directed at linkin fan and rdoublerooney who blatantly shit on eminem...just check out the top comments. i also completely agree with you that he would be better off without the industry influences.
@redbarryz Natti and Deacon are great but Kno is just so ambitiuos with his production. I definitely think Deacon and Natti wouldn't be as good as they are with Kno's production.
I wish they would come to Vegas for a show! I can't get enough of CunninLynguists. I grew up in Utah.
