@chuasoole ah, Stuporman. heres the thing, 'kay? unlocking him involves Operation 5 of Act 2 [thats Donny Debonair].

That Pimp-O-meter is the ONLY thing that will assist in getting Stuporman.

How?

1: Put in all gold organs

2: STAPLE HIS NIPPLES [ouch]

3: When you put in the gold piece inside the ribs, staple the dot in the "I" in "PIMP"

4: finish the surgery

done and done

if you shock him the rate will be zero but if you shock him again it goes up to 5.then combine the corkscrew with the paint and follow the red to make the rate go up. dothis multiple times.

You have to shock the bugs, chase them around. you have to get him

then yeah, click the corkscrew and the pain away gel and it makes it go up maybe 4-10 points.
