A flaming beech tree happened to fall on him T~T. The tree killed Longtail and paralyzed Birchkit's hind legs.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LONGTAIL!

he is the embodiment of a TRUE warrior! he was tempted to go to the bad side by Tigerstar back when that butt-hole was still called Tigerclaw and was still in Thunderclan...BUT HE REFUSED TO DISOBEY THE WARRIOR CODE! and he knew it was wrong! (i LOVE the scene in one of the books from the original series, cant remember which one, where Longtail saves Fireheart from dying in the river!) he is soooo BRAVE! (Longtail is. so is Firestar but Longtail is just AWESOME!)

Dont hate Erin Hunter, she just makes the book more intresting, so that you have to read what happens next. Also, Longtail is in Starclan where everything is happier, unless some of you have read the latest books, then Starclan isnt as happy because... well you have to read it yourself! :)
