Naw, this hole was dug from the inside using tools they stole (a hammer and two "burrins" being used to build the additional section on top of the Brick section). There weren't any politicians involved, there weren't any big conspiracy issues... just prisoners making a break for it.

The hole was dug with two burrins and a hammer that they stole from the workers inside the prison. First hole was dug in a wall going towards College Bird but was found out by the APENA agents. Second hole was dug the next day and on december 4th 13 guys left through it.
