Like when something is labelled as English because it's in that language, even if it is from the US or Australia. Where it is filmed is neither here nor there, the title of the clip does not allude to where it has been shot.

Basically, the young man and his father are comfortable with the modern age (i.e. homosexuality, transvestites etc) and enjoy it as much as sitting in their Twingos. Hope that helps. PS It's filmed in Brussels, the landmark at the beginning is the Parc du Cinquantenaire, where the road goes into a tunnel under the park.

It has the atmosphere of "La Cage aux Folles" in a way. You could construct several different story lines from this short commercial. For an American audience this commercial would be considered terribly "Gay", but for the French audience this would just be amusing.
