just a few hours, days, weeks, months later, when you go to work, smiling for everyone and they are just rude, unfriendly and loud, you cant be as kind as at the beginning. i work in a costa coffee at hungary till the beginning (here 1year ago) and the customers are really dont care if you smile on them or not.. unfortunatly...

however im trying... :)
