The police could have arrested him with out telling him why, with out saying anything, and they didn't have to be nice enough to ask questions. As soon as he didn't give the police his name, they could have arrested him and held him for up to 72 hrs with out even charging him. So once you learn all the rules, you 'll see most of these videos are just plain stupid , and will problem back fire.

If they police didn't feel that it wasn't a valid reason, they would let him go with in 72hrs, if not, he would be seen by a judge. Its really not that complicated. No way of a cop knowing with out name or I.D.

@ClarkesonTheMarksman No, you should read the "Criminal Code and common law" What the police follow. The police could have arrested him with out telling him why, with out saying anything, and they didn't have to be nice enough to ask questions. As soon as he didn't give the police his name, they could have arrested him and held him for up to 72 hrs with out even charging him. So once you learn all the rules, you 'll see most of these videos are just plain stupid , and will problem back fire.

@ClarkesonTheMarksman The reason in this video would be, filming in a security zone, and then asked for name, wouldn't provide. If they police didn't feel that it wasn't a valid reason, they would let him go with in 72hrs, if not, he would be seen by a judge. Its really not that complicated. How many innocent people don't give there names when asked? lol On paper, its going to look like he was possibly wanted, or may have warrants for his arrest. No way of a cop knowing with out name or I.D.

If you take the time to go to the Toronto police web site, they have videos of the burning cars, they have close ups of those involved bith burning the cars and close ups of them before and afterwards. This is who they were arresting. Other were detained for interfering with police in the line of duty. I agree, you all need a psychiatrist. That is the help you need.

Once this is completed you can then look up to see if rioting is considered peaceful assembly. As you can see in the video the kid had a choice. It is a secure zone. to understand this, try walking through an airport without going through security, try walking onto an army base, across a border, behind the desk at a cop shop...
