im tim. i went through this shit and more. i understand. now to start i will tell you that it will pass. i thought it wouldnt and i tried to stop it myself, with an noose. thank god the beam above me broke and i lived. things started looking up after that i knew things would be ok. how i cured it was staying away from things that aggitated me, to me that was schoolmates, i moved to a new school. i changed lifestyles and took up a hobby mine was mentalism. things will get better :)
And something else, it's probably a bad idea to put things like this up on YouTube. I'm worried there will be trolling, and you don't need that.
But yes, a trip to the psychologist helped me a ton, I got councelling and medication, but most of all I broke my bad habits and anti-social behaviour if I had any. I now have many friends and feel better. Hang in there! I'm sure you'll make it sweetie. <3 PM if you need someone to talk to!
Awww poor thing *hugs* The best thing you can do is talk it out with someone. You could start small like with a pet or a stuffed animal, and then move your way up to a counsellor. Even keeping a journal helps.Keeping it bottled up does not help. That is what makes you feel trapped. As for the anxiety, take a look around the internet. there are tons of theraputic(sp?) techniques to help. Don't ever think your not normal. We all have our troubles and illnesses, just some are easier to hide.
