  • excellent,, beatifull voice.

  • @2242871 it may b that it is ancient Peruvian and Dan, well, you know, he was like an archeologist of music doing a great job 4which he wasn't really acknowledged so much, I guess until Simon heard the boys busking in the Paris metro and so on. So we really have to find more about where all of this came from because it's terrific music. There's lots more that needs to come out. if possible. and that includes Robles' stuff as well.

  • beautiful job - thank you!

  • EXCUSE ME, BUT YOU HAVE A HUGE MISTAKE, EL CONDOR PASA IS NO FROM BOLIVIA, IT IS FROM PERU, THE INCA'S LAND, MY COUNTRY

  • @DARWINEQT True written in Peru, but I hope you are not ignorant like the " rotos "

The music belongs to the Andes , sound and instruments which encompasses Alto Peru ( Bolivia ) MY COUNTRY and Bajo Peru ( Peru ) Now in all honesty the song represents the Andes which includes Ecuador.

  • "El Cóndos Pasa "is a universal song, patrimony of mankind. "El Cóndor Pasa" is a traditional song of Peruvian Folklore. The music was composed by the Peruvian composer Daniel Alomía Robles in 1913 (legally registered in 1933) and the letter, later, by Julio de La Paz (pseudonym of Julio Baudouin). In Peru it was declared as Cultural heritage of the Nation of the Incas in 2004. It used to be thought to belong to Paul Simon for having made a cover with this wonderful melody:)

  • you are right! it's Daniel Alomia Robles song, but the world knew it via Simon, yes its a universal song, many people play it in Libya, my fiend he put an Arabic words to this great piece of Music from Peru.
