@hakuo142 Also, is it helpful to do this but without the racket case and do it faster also? Like go up and down with my racket for 60 seconds without slowing down at a fast pace?
Wrist curls with a weight are good too. All I've done with this video is demonstrate that you can use your racquet to build strength in your wrists and forearms.
Hi, Do you know what a 'powerball' is and whether it will improve my forearm & wrist strength? I've got one already but not sure whether i should keep it up...
Rufous. I haven't used a Powerball. I've been asked this question a few times, but I think you're better equipped to answer it. Do you feel it helps your game, or do my exercises help more?

Hi Paul, I notice after trying these movements with about two sets of each I only feel strain in my wrist, there doesn't seem to be much pressure on my forearm
Which exercises are you referring to? Lesson 2 is titled strengthening the wrist so this is the first place you will feel anything. Your forearm gets a secondary workout.
Look at the advanced exercise video and do the hammer exercise. It's great for forearms. Start light and build the weight over time.
Thanks Paul for simple but useful excercise
